Back to the matter in hand. Anything useful or interesting to say about MATD, Mongolia, deals or rumours for our business advancement?

The acid wash started 12 days ago. MB stated it could take up to 20 days. They must be well on the way to seeing some results even if they can't measure and study the ongoing flow rates exactly.

An RNS could and should be dropping very very soon.

Gregorio. The days of having a crap for 2p are long gone....!! It's more like £1 today and after Rachel from accounts has had her budget, it could be more....!!!!

Yes Abzzba. Will there be a benefit and chance to tap into the line and undermine the true value of crude as a result?? Difficult to say.

Xi Jinping has definitely stuck two fingers up to the west, done a huge military parade, is probably going to invade Taiwan sooner rather than later and could also try to secure an ongoing supply from Iran regardless of what the US and the West say.

The world is fracturing in two. I hope this doesn't mean government intervention for oil prices and undermine MATD in a country that is landlocked between Russia and China, deep in the Eastern more communist side of the world.....

Might this affect the farm out negotiations?

A little intriguing and hopefully not of too much concern to MATD.

Putin and Xi Jinping signing to build a huge new pipe line through Mongolia to supply China. Could this also allow Mongolia to pipe cheap Russian oil if required? Will the price of crude be driven and set by the price of Russian oil as a result?

I am not sure if this is or isn't something to be worried about. Might this effect the Farm Out negotiations? I appreciate the pipe line will take a couple of years or so.... Anybody?

My sense is a meaningful RNS relationship H2 next week, but would love it this week. Hoping for great news.

Share price not going anywhere with 17 transactions of such tiny trades. Everyone holding tight. When and if the mood swings and people flood in to wanting some of this action, then goodness knows own where this will go!

You look at MATD activity, 20 transactions. Just under 1 million bought and 2 million share sold.

Look at WSBN, where there is a bit of froth and excitement right now, just under 1,000 transactions so far today alone.

Looking forward to that level of froth to hit MATD. When she goes, she will rocket 🚀 up!

The total lack of activity on transactions for MATD shares is amazing.

Stable, tight and dull.

This is a great sign IMO. As soon as this wakes up and moves, it will have to move fast, furious and high as a lot of us onvestors are not going to sell our shares easily to those who want to buy in.

It's like waiting for that huge fish to nibble the bate. Can't wait to see how big this fish is once it is landed!

I played with the idea of attending the AGM in Mongolia in person in 2025. But didn't.

I am more determined to try and do this in 2026.

I mention this now as a little trip like this will need saving for and time allocating. If others like the idea, then it would be good to meet some of you. I may even pin a manx kipper to my lapel as an alternative to a carnation, to make myself known!

I have gone in big here. I can see dividends of 1p per share for 2026 after the Farmout is agreed and funds paid over by the Farmee.

Then 1p again for 2027.

Once wells are going solidly and Sunsteppe is delivering, hopefully by end of 2027, then 2028 dividends of perhaps 2.5p per share.

2.5p per share should value MATD at somewhere around or up to 1 Billion - 50 p per share.

It goes from there really...! Block VII thundering on with 20,000 bpd in total by say 2029, then 2030 dividends could be 5p per share. Sp value.....!?!

We will see.

Another update consistant with the others. All feels gently heading there, but it will take a little time.

A few extra glimpses of info.

1. MB would have liked/like to have more than just H1 going to prove the potential to Farmout suitors.

2. H2 and Gazelle would be hooked up immediately if they were commercially viable.

3. Farmout is progressing with other parties still present in addition to the one party with the LOI.

4. Renewables due to start activitiy in 2026. Selling the development set up to developers as bundled projects is interesting. I am not sure how this can drive ongoing long term income, but for short term large cash returns this is fine. (MB has always been talking about good double digit returns on investments before!)

5. Ongoing frustrations with the Chinese, late payments and hindered progress for MATD. Interest clause to be charged! (Not that interest will ever be received, I suspect!)

These next 2 or 3 months will be really interesting.

Ot would seem logical that an overlapping second team would be used to max this small program to operational levels on all prospects should they have all three wells of H2, Gazelle and Gobi going live.

They may even lease some old redundant kit from PC to achieve the maximum islf this is necessary....for example. Loads of different ways to skin a cat, if they find they have a number of cats to skin! (I like cats - no needs to comment on that!)

I think we need to give some wiggle room to how this will unfold.

In addition - to add that in the Q&A session MB clearly stated that they had been asking PC if they had any old equipment available, which I believed was old nodding donkeys that were redundant that MATD could utilise and instal if needed.

Couple that with the fact that MATD already has a second pump and equipment complete for a second well to H2 already bought, shipped and awaiting deployment.

I have no idea whether the drilling, acid washing team would install or of they would move aff and leave it to the resident crew to install the well(s) and connect everything up.

So lots of small variable outcomes on the finished details. But in essence, they want to hit these wells, get them up and running as much as possible, and at a low cost.

I am happy with that and we will see what comes to pass.

ADW - the exact wording within the RNS of yesterday is:

The first phase is expected to take c. 20 days to complete. If a commercial rate of oil production is achieved during the test, then the well will be completed as a producer and production facilities will be installed with the aim to have the well on stream before year-end.

ADW, that is not right.

MB stated that they are on standby with the equipment on hand to connect H2 immediately after the acid wash, should this be required.

H2 could be operational within a month or so from now, IF the acid wash is successful......!
