I haven't seen that before as a title for an RNS....

A seemingly clumsy and somewhat careless RNS, dropped out by a junior to satisfy the throng.

Patched together with nothing new and without a current and reassuring quote from the chairman.

Equally...2023 RNS still very strong. Highlighted quote from 2 years ago to remind us how big this is. Nothing has changed YET from that.

To me, early indications suggest that results are expected to endorse that 2023 RNS at least. A tweet was suggested a few weeks ago to state that the market will be shocked with the WSBN results.

It is all still there and seems to be solid without confirmation yet. Hold on. This could be the real deal once the assays are dropped!

I certainly agree that the BOD have only delivered half of the picture by having to give 3 weeks notice of the AGM and an EGM.

The other half of the Assay results and "cautiously optimistic and extremely encouraging findings" from the other holes as supported by enthusiastic geologists yesterday awaiting assay confirmations - will have to drop soon, before the EGM IMO.

Then life could get interesting if a JV partner is presented with a rapidly accelerated time table to boot!

I understand that Block XX, including Gobi and everything within the 214 sq km would be one whole Farm Out....

I am led to believe a Farm Out would have to be for the whole of Block XX.

It is too complicated to divide it up...

The Farm Out of Block XX would be for the whole block.

This is a massive 214 sq km!! Once the Farm Out deal is announced, we would no longer need to show Gobi as Gobi would be all part of the Farmee´s interests to develop.

The cash injection / buy in deal will be interesting. Obviously we would a share of the income from our two fully operating wells as a result.

Your shares will go from sat 1000 shares to 10 shares only. The teading price will rise/adjust from 0.97p to 97p per share. Hopefully the new 97p sp will remain at this level.

Those shares will be nominal value shares of 10 p shares, but valued at 97p per share.

Medjed, it is a consolidation of the nominal share value not the trading sp.

So the shares are 0.1p nominal value. 100 to 1 means 10p nominal value.

The current trading price.of the nominal value 0.1p shares are 0.97p.

It is certainly looking like they are keen to manipulate and control everything here re timings etc. It does seem a very strategic play with a hidden and unclear agenda.

The only good news is that an option for raise of just under £5million to be vot3d on at the EGM, is not huge. They really should update everyone re the Assay f8nding at least and declare this well before the AGM/EGM along with their stated strategy allowing us to vote on this with knowledge and a solid path set out. UNLESS THEY ARE ABOUT TO SIGN A JV THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO DISCLISE AT THIS TIME....???

Hammer, he did say he was limited in what he could state due to sensitive advanced negotiations. That yo me suggests an NDA even if it was not stated outright.

The fact is that regardless of an NDA stated or not, MB has been limited by what he can say due to being bound by the negotiations and also bound by the rules of being a listed company - without it being a f9rmal RNS.

The only thing that is slightly frustrating is that we do not know much about what is happening with Sunsteppe.

We see encouraging photo´s of the CEO in all far lung places at the highest level of Mongolian government levels and at very high and important international levels. But no real news.

The annoying bit here is that there is no legal need for Sunsteppe to be answerable to MATD share holders, as I see it. MATD is an investor in this non listed company and they do not need to report to shareholders or release RNS´on big signings. This is totally up to MB to report as he sees fit. But no obligations here at all as it is not MATD direct news.

This is lacking clarity to me.

I believe they know the assay results already, but they are holding back. We have heard a snippet vis a twitter post (not seen by me but posted as fact on this board) that the market will be shocked at what is to be reported by WSBN. If true, then they certainly know.

Are the BOD consolidating everything for one huge impact full RNS? Do they wish to have a more stable SP due to consolidation to better protect against violent swings or are they preparing to go live in the US too?

If there is a solid and credible leak, they will not be able to prevent an RNS being issued before the EGM.

We will see...

No kidding, but in my back garden on the Isle of Man, there was a bit of a disturbance with a mound of earth appearing from nowhere! We don't have moles! Could it have been the 24 hour shifts of the diamond drill breaking through...?
