Venezuela has the most crude oil reserves in the world, bigger even than Saudi Arabia.

Trump wants this pumped and westernised. This can't be good for medium to long term crude prices as the global production levels rise the surpluses increase.

Thank goodness for renewables and Sunsteppe.

Gold now above $4,400 per ounce and rising fast.

It is a very uncertain world out there with Venezuela extraction and etes on Greenland, to say nothing about Russia and Ukraine, Taiwan and China and Iran etc with their Islamist extremists cells all over the world!

I think we can all agree that the board have stated their extraordinary happiness and excitement at the prospects of striking gold with Ed Meade saying how good this looks. This is backed by the special survey showing an enormous and bright red density, likley to hold rich reserves of gold,in the middle of the Red Setter prospect site. They have seen the cores and love what they are seeing. They have stated the assay results will be made public as soon as they receive each one. We know we are due them any day now. The analysts have looked at this and the major investment tips for 2026 are gold and WSBN is suggested as a recommended strong buy in some share pick lists.

With this anticipation I think some have moved in early. This is encouraging and goodness knows what will happen when these assay results start to land and show anything above average for the density of gold in those results, over a huge area and perhaps in a very deep seem.

If the initial findings suggest something akin to 5 times that of Havieron, then stand back and watch the stampede charge in.

Australia on holiday until Jan 5th. Perhaps a week or two after that for Assays.

WSBN wouldn't want to drop an RNS until everyone has returned to work.and are focused on this kind of info. Otherwise a cracking RNS could be dropped now and the sp may not react at all as it is missed by almost everyone.

If I were WSBN, I would ask the lab NOT to give me the results until week commencing Jan 12th at the earliest...

They only raised £350k from the last raise from memory. I can't see that lasting too much longer and I can't see any income coming in the near future. So my sense is a further raise will be needed before Easter I would guess.

We will see. Sp will remain depressed until known income is going to be forthcoming IMO.

Bizarrely I am in France for 12 weeks and I walk past and chat every day to a goat tied in a thicket hedge, put there to munch his way through the brambles etc. Ingenious and somewhat oddly festive and fun. 🎄

They clearly are saying they like what they see. Results are coming soon. There will be more drilling after April.

The message seems to be "There is gold there, lots of it, it is a part of Telfer and it is huge, but we just can't say it yet!".

I wrote to MB b email yesterday and informed him of my many many questions and suggested that if he read these before the meeting, he might be able to answer most of them in his presentation. I also stated that my many questions were from this board dialogue - so it represents what we all want to know.

Lets see what happens today.

It is not impossible if they had set up a signing of the farm out deal early in the Mongolian day so they could announce this just before the meeting. But I very much doubt it and I don't expect the farmout news for another month or two.

Now, if I were presented with these 9 points, I would seek to answer as many questions in my actual presentations. But all of the numerous questions in each of my 9 points are realistically trying to cover every part of anyone's sensible and fair points posted on this board.

So if they can present, cover and gently answer all of the points raised either directly or in presentation then we will have a much much clearer understanding of exactly how this works and where we are heading!

Let's see how MB actually answers this all. I think I may send him a general email asking him to see if he can approach it all so as many of my questions are covered as possible....

Gazelle and General flow rates - It was a surprise to learn that Gazelle was a fully functioning and very successful well prospect. I thought that the initial findings were that this well was inconclusive and marginal to say the least, yet on revisiting Gazelle, it seemed to be verging on a gusher. Why was the intial intel so wrong on this? If MATD had known this earlier, then earlier income would have been generated rather than a lost 6 years of production. Why did it take so long to return to Gazelle to discover this hugely valuable resource? Have MATD been fed incorrect and potentially sabotaging intel by the Chinese crew that drilled the Gazelle well? We have seen from Heron 1 that the initial flow rate of 850 bpd has dropped to a steady150 bpd flow rate. You have cut back the flow rate of Gazelle to a handsome 200 bpd. Will the Gazelle flow rate decline to a slower rate or be allowed ot increase to a fuller natural rate. What can we hope for as a steady production level from both Heron 1 and Gazelle combined? Do you hope to learn that Gobi is also a huge success but you have also been given poor data on that and have therefore left this alone also??

5. Salaries and renumerations - You have stated that there are only three ex-pat employees, all of which have taken a salary reduction of 70% for the short term. With the increased income from a greater production due to the addition of Gazelle, are you able to restore your salary level yet? Is MATD able to operate within it's income? Are you seeking to avoid approaching the market for another raise? What form of share options do you hope to put into place to reward all employees of a small team? Will this be limited to say no more than 5% of the shares in current issue? What are your thoughts and plans on this?

6. Sunsteppe - Is this adequately funded and resourced with staff? It seems clear that this is currently a race to land grab the potential sites for large intalations. How is this being done and is Sunsteppe moving fast enough to acquire the maximum and best areas for renewable production? Are there plans to develop any sites for 100% retention of ownership for large renewable energy production? Is it possible to develop our own prospects and have solid signed take off agreements to guarantee income levels and rates?

7. Dividends and Share Price management - When do you hope to pay the first dividend to the share holders? Would you consider entering into a share buy back scheme as well as a dividend to efficiently avoid dividend payouts and tax liabilities arising? Are you seeking to be more agressive in your company RNS output with a strong PR driven news stream to better update the market and to serve to strengthen the S to it's realistic level. What level of SO do you feel the company should be at at this time with everything that is now solidly happening? Why is our share price not at that level and how do you propose to work to make sure the correct share price is reflected for the company value against the strong assets and position that the company is now in?

8. MATD take over - Have you received any interests in buying MATD as a company with a takeover? Is this something you feel might happen? Are you abel to defend MATD against such an event?

Split into 6 parts to invite full disclosures and submitted as follows:

1. Company Structure - WIll MATD consider a dual share listing in the US on NASDQ and might MATD consider a share consolidation of 100 to 1 to create a more stable share price whilst also raising the share price in order to qualify for trading on other index's?

2. Farm Out for Block XX - When might this be signed? What rough level of equity would you expect to retain? (50:50 or better for MATD - if so how much better roughly?) Is MATD assured of at least a 50% ownership of the block's total production? Will you close the Farmee process within a month or so to allow the farmee sufficient time to import their equiptment for the start of the 2026 season? How many drilling rigs would you expect the Farmee to operate? Would they be able to start drilling immediately in May 2026 when the winter Hiatus is over? Would MATD no longer worry about Heron2 or Gobi as the Farmee would be responsible to develop these at their costs going forward? Would MATD retain responsibility for invoicing the oil to PC and then paying the Farmee their share? How much would MATD expect to recover as a lump sum of their initial investment into Block XX and when would this be received intot he company? How many wells would we expect to have online after 2026 drilling? Do you have all of the pumps and equipments ordered and on hand to commission all successful strikes quickly in Block XX? Who pays for the equipment after strikes are made to hook them up for production - is this included in the Fermee's costs and investment? Who will operate the wells on an ongoing basis once oil is flowing - MATD or the Farmee? Does this mean that MATD effectively becomes an Oil field Developer - bringing the fields/Blocks to market for a Farmee to operate and does this mean the size of the employees required in MATD remains a small and focused team? Are there certain required minimum targets for the Farmee to operate to otherwise they lose their Farm Out contract and MATD recovers the full operational control back on the Block should they fail to achieve the required drill rates? Have you received a cash offer to buy Block XX or any stated possible interest in buying this bloack? Would you prefer to sell or retain the flow of income through a Farm Out deal of Block XX?

3. Farm Out Block VII - How far advanced is this process? Do you have any stated interest from any party? There is a sense that Block VII could be much bigger and more lucrative for potential oil supply and income. Do you think this is potewntially true?

4. Crude Oil for the refinery - Is MATD under any pressure from the Mongolian authorities to achieve as fast a production rate as possible for the supply of crude to the new refinery? When will the refinery be due to start operating? How much oil do you hope to pump in Bpd from the end of 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030?

I would like to congratulate MB and MATD for issuing their first RNS' that I have seen that has not tanked the sp!
