Thank goodness for Sunsteppe for one! I am not sure how this continually gloomy crude oil glut publicity will affect a farm out deal. It is bound to be slightly clouding the deal being struck, assuming there is still a deal being struck...!

There comes a time when one senses the BoD knows the results of the assays, or certainly some of them, and one feels they are being withheld whilst other issues like share capitalisation and consolidation are being arranged.

Stepping back a little and looking at recent developments in and around Wishbone and the Red Setter prospect, this looks to be a clear DL and Ed Mead led develppment for Wishbone.

If so, I think it is highly possible, if not likely, that a JV is being lined up or is lined up in tandem with the drilling results being collected here. WSBN does have historic data and now new data with accelerated activities to delivery more results and very very quickly. Hence two drills for eg.

I agree with the Professor1's hunch that there could be a JV third party due diligence going on here, behind the scenes. This is what happened at Riversgold under DL's leadership there. I think he is doing the same here and it wouldn't surprise me if part of the re-organisation here is to get DL some holding in WSBN so he has some skin in the game too. Probably the same with Ed Mead.

Therefore, I am very relaxed and happy and feel a huge huge company development with an enourmous prosect to be declared and into many potential millions of gms of gold AND much more copper in the ground over a very large site area is to be announced soon.

I think this announcement will be after the AGM/EGM. They are still sorting their stall out for the future structure and holdings with everyone on board they need before dropping their cards. For them, if my hunch is true, the NDA due to a potential JV due diligence process could be all that they need to hold back the results a little longer.

I have just spoken to George Hudson at Cranborne Comms to ask whether the AGM / EGM was being streamed live.

He didn't think it was but was going to ask RP.

I suggested that with such an important point being reached for the company and with any discussions within the AGM that share holders would like to be present for this.

We will see if they open this up for remote attendance or if this will be the old club mentality with as much behind closed doors as possible.

It was felt that a streamed live and interactive AGM was "best practice"! We will see.....I hope we can log in remotely and attend with some live questions being raised.

Big news from a close neighbour on a big channel. The question is when will the really big pot of beans spill for WSBN.

Not quite yet, but it is close and if the signs are right, then our news will be bigger.

Riversgold have the JV with MEGA, they have their licenses and the equipment is moving onto site to commence work early in 2026.

WSBN are a little behind but the news drops have to come soon and all will become known about how the BoD wish to develop Red Setter. How big Red Setter is. How far down the path of licenses to commence commerical mining work WSBN are and if we have a huge JV partner or not and what that deal could be like.

Rivergold ORCP news is big, but this is hopefully child's play compared to the WSBN find.

Can we rely on our Chairman protecting his large 4% interest in the company or will he dilute his own interest and not really give a sausage about it?

I have faith that he is human and won't want to damage his own holding ir worth...!

I am a little fuzzy on this. Is the AGM / EGM being live streamed and how can I attend?

If you are attending, can you ask the live questions for us as I have found on other virtual live feeds that not all of the streamed questions are answered.

If so, then oil prices will nudge down further and a little quicker, IMO.....

To me, I am reasonably confident there are gold and copper deposits and enough to commercially mine with these current prices. The BOD know that too.

The sudden hive of rushed and heightened activity must therefore be to show how big Red Setter really is, quantify the estimated reserves to be mined thereby quantifying it's real potential value. Finding the JV partner and getting the licences required lined up to commence the operational mining activities themselves.

Can anyone see if any licenses have been applied for in relation to Red Setter to permit the commencement of commercial mining there? Could that have gone in yet?

I think it is worth raising the point that POULDEN OWNS 584,993,089 shares. YES - THAT IS A MASSIVE HOLDING.

Therefore, I think it is a nonsense to suggest that someone with that level of skin in the game is on the take.

He is massively leveraged in this company and will not want to see his holding crushed, shrunk or dwindling in value.

Therefore, I have a strong degree of belief that his intentions are very focussed on driving WSBN into a hugely elevated position of value and real return to investors.

I hope I am right on this...! Bring on the EGM and the ASSAY news and the "Shock" to the market that we are all hoping is about to be revealed for Red Setter!

Hamm. Weather closing in now. Minus degrees C in Mongolia now, all day, every day. Ranging from -4 and on bad days to -21 or so, according to the online weather forecast.

I think we can take it that the hiatus is now here and whatever is still being done will be abandoned or wrapped up pretty smartish.

It is now down to MB to give us an operational update, hopefully with good daily production rates, final status for the year on H2, sorting out the 30% payments (at last!), an update on the Farm Out ( as much as he can give!) And a full update on all potential renewable/Sunsteppe projects, actual projects, time scales, investment income returns etc etc.

That then rounds up a not too bad 2025, whilst 2025 is still a year of getting established rather than being a fully functioning solid business.
