I understand where you are coming from, but 1) these licenses were registered in the mining bureau log book, ridlatama didn't register then. 2) Roi failed to provide any useful comparative exploration licenses for other companies at the same time. 3) Roi continued to take payment from ridlatama and chl. Let's wait for what the company has to say, they have more info.

Tribunal seem to have believed that ishak didn't authorise the signatures, no autopen like equipment is used in regency and Putra assisted. Documents which chl requested and the tribunal deemed relevant were not provided and no inference were made from this. Chl were not fairly heard. Well its up to you what you believe, I for one have some hope unless we lose the annulment case. Then in all cases its over, but until then go chl, carry on fighting...

It would be suicidal for him to go against his country, witness intimidation is the norm in third world countries. Heck if we go against our country we probably will also be in trouble. Putra has no influence in Indonesia, no wealth. One thing I will mention, roi requested confidentiality on some evidence provided to tribunal, now we know one part was the Putra involvement. You have ask yourself why did roi want it secret at the time, just in case Putra found out? Let's wait for what company tells us next week, one can speculate chl will have grounds to annul this award.

Orbiter The police have not found any evidence of chl being complicit in this so called scam nor has the tribunal. Ridlatama to this day have not been charged by the police, I don't know how tribunal found them guilty.

How were chl suppose to know all this, their has to be a paper trail if she is telling the truth.

Blitzed Well you are entitled to your opinion. Dont get me wrong, if you know the inevitable why bother wasting your time? There are many cases in which awards get annulled, this is why we have a chance.

Blitzed So you think chl are going for annulment and/or revision for the sake of it. I'm speculating that chl will have many grounds to annul this award, they only need one of the grounds to be successful for annulment.

Sperac See this is where i disagree, if Ridlatama did forged the licenses then how have they been registered correctly in the bureau, Sangetta police report confirmed the licenses were correctly registered. The registrar see hundred of licenses if they thought the were improper they wouldnt have registered them. Icisd say insider assisted, that is Putra, they are so sure of this, he must be enemy of roi if he was the insider. Now I have to ask the question, is he the enemy of roi? Where is he? Where does he work now? I dont see him arrested.

If you read the award CHL do not challenge Ishak statements that he didn't authorise them. Since tribunal has taken the his word chl will likely challenge this at revision/annulment application.

sperac So why/how were the licenses registered by mining bureau? Why didnt Roi provide this, the police report and the Kpk corruption report which was also investigating Ishak? Police have cleared ridlatama of any wrong doing..

Blitzed These are facts and its up to you how you interpret them, they must mean something if the heads of Icisd are aware and reply to our emails. Our emails are being forwarded to various heads of icsid, so something must be happening. They could have easily ignored them... Our company will appeal this verdict you can say what you like, alot of info was deliberately missed and they thought this case will go away quietly but that isnt the case. You might be pleasantly surprised of how strong our case is when we appeal or not. :-)
