RE: Question19 Mar 2017 21:40
Another interesting point, Isran Noor said he was tricked into signing the exploitation documents, he said he didnt look at documents and passed them along to Djaja Putra to process, this is where something awry happened according to Indonesia.
Now Putra has seen the exploration licenses they have been written by something like an autopen device, he doesnt seem to think this raises a flag so doesnt Noor as he signs the new upgraded Exploitation licenses. Roi say Putra was in on it, but this guy still works for the govt in another regency since. Under indonesia law there is no precedence where if old licenses MAYbe tainted with forgery that the upgraged licenses once obtained become invalid, Indonesia conceded this at the hearing.
This doesnt make sense at all, this tribunal totally screwed up, the guy who susposedly committed forgery and tricked Noor into signing those licenses still works for govt and to top it up Noor fails to show up at the tribunal to tell his side for signing the exploitation licenses and the old ones which they claim he didnt have authority to do so.
A very bad bad decision, UN, Worldbank run by biased leaders...
