The tribunal did the ROI a massive favour by dealing them a winning hand from the bottom of the pack.
Losers can appeal all they like, and do very often, but the appeal tribunal is the same one that delivered the judgement that the appellant is appealing against, this is known as, the Elephent in the room.
In this case though the subterfuge carried out by ROI concerning Noor and Putra has come back to destroy ROI case in its entirety. Both Noor and Putra finished up at Tanah Tindung Kabupaten in the province of North Kalimanton, Noor only lasted a short time, very likely he was not prepared to work for a pittance once his bank account has swollen beyond normal means. He now does business on his own behalf and travels extensively in his private jet, ALWAYS with the threat that should he make any sort of statement concerning his dealings in the Churchill affair, he and his family are in serious danger of physical harm. Putra meanwhile who was transferred here continues to be employed by ROI and to all intents and purposes had vanished. Research by CC employees who were following Noor, spotted and recognised Putra and the rest just followed on from there.
Icsid are already aware of these findings, and there is more, a star witness of International repute is lined up to speak on behalf of CHL. The bribery charge against one of the sitting tribunal members has serious merit and would cause the ENTIRE Tribunal system, extensive, irrepairable damage.
This time around, the gloves will be off from day one, full detailed anaysis will be available to the World press, even those details that ROI asked CHL should be withheld during the forgery investigation will be disclosed. All details of the case will be laid open for all to see.
Icsid can do nothing to stop this embarrassing destruction of their whole crooked enterprise, as mentioned, the subterfuge that ROI engaged in, could and should have been exposed by the Tribunal, who as it turned out, were not there to serve justice, they were there to ensure ROI victory at whatever cost.
Unfortunatly for ICSID, they will be bigger losers than ROI.
The only possible outcome is the ROI case collapses on the basis of lies being used to usurp the tribunal role.
IF this reaches a hearing i dont expect it to last very long.
