Darrenbiggs I think you would find they are separate investigations, sangetta police report looked in at trespass I believe. No one to date has been charged with forgery, all the people interviewed had their passports returned. I think we found a crack and the crack will get bigger. Roi blatantly lied to tribunal, why would someone continue to employ someone who committed criminal act and then lie about it in court? One can speculate on this point alone the award can get annulled..

I don't think the Indonesian will mess around with an highly influential state, they just rob small companies and think they can get away with it...

mikemike That is the question, roi/counsel conned the arbiters, this allegation of insider involved was made midway through case, it had nothing to do with original forgery dismissal application made by roi. negligent or just plain incompetent? i'd say both by tribunal not only in this instance. This is why it is interesting, annulment imho is certainty but you never know with these tribunal...

cant believe Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP lied at the tribunal about Putra's whereabouts, they are suppose to be a top legal team from US.

Right guys, can someone explain to me why Putra is still working for the govt who put serious allegations against him, tribunal believed roi/legal team on this regards that he was the insider, in involved in this massive fraud. Also the Roi and the counsel point blanked lied at the tribunal when they were asked where he was they said they didnt know as he is no longer employed by GOVT, this was a blatant lie as he has been working in another govt regency in Tanah Tindung Kabupateh for a number of years. For God sake the govt pays his wages.... This is why the story of an insider being Mr Putra doesnt make sense. I hope these liars are brought to justice!!!

Orbiter I want chl to succeed, that's a fact, chl have blatant grounds to annul this award. In the real world we should be enjoying a nice compensation package. I know how the world bank and the United Nations work. Its quite clearly biased. Indonesia is expected to become the top 4 economy in the world by 2050. Some would say if chl wins this case many more businesses will take Indonesia to icsid for their assets, obviously this would put back Indonesia economy which many would not want especially the world bank. I just hope chl have some damning evidence which roi and icsid cannot hide from. I will continue to name and shame the Indonesians who were involved in this scam along with icsid until the case is dead. Orbiter, of course there is a very good chance chl can lose especially with all the politics involved, I am fully aware of that, it will be really sad day though.

:-) I don't buy roi's story, but that is my opinion. I think chl have been robbed, Nusantara and Noor have played a nasty game against us, used and abused chl... Of course this can go either way, but I'm still hopeful.
