Fregatr If you look at the result RNs, company implies they have funding in the bag should they need it, I'm fairly confident they will get a litigation funder should roi play hardball. If they get a litigation funder I don't think they will relist. If its a placing then they may relist but it won't be for some time yet, this is because at the moment we have an provisional stay of cost, roi will challenge this 100%, once permanent stay of cost is put in place, chl will then think about relisting, that is sometime off.

Mikemike If you read the RNs one can speculate they may have gentlemen agreement with a funder. Speculations are it maybe a no win no fee basis. Roi can delay all they like now, because if they lose the annulment phase their legal bill will increase by many multiples. At the moment company believe they have enough for annulment phase. Chl may have around 6-7 grounds to annul this award, only one needs to be triggered for successful annulment.

i think the CHL have a good chance to annul this award, it the award is annulled its almost a certainty chl would get a good payout. If CHL manage to get legal funder then thats a positive signal, they are very confident they can get a funder judging by the rns today. Im going to stay the course.

Fregatr We are all in this together, chl are not happy about the tribunal deliberating for over a year and then in the eleventh hour requested thoughts on a past case, no new evidence was allowed to used and was limited to certain pages. Quite clearly tribunal has exceeded their powers and overstepped the mark. Rebel makes a very excellent point, the bit treaty doesnt protect us if chl didnt do reasonable DD on their partners(Ridlatama), but if Roi gave ridlatama genuine licenses previous, what DD did they do on them. The tribunal cant have it their way. If CHL DD was insufficient on Ridlatama so was Roi's DD on Ridlatama.
