I believe one of the shareholders got that quote from DQ when he contacted him, DQ said something along the line if roi lose they may make an face saving settlement via roi friendly company of offer around £3 a share. It was a hypothetical... But with us finding out that the insider roi claimed was involved was still employed by them at the time of hearing, the deliberately conned the tribunal, both Roi and Counsel..

I wonder who that source from Indonesia was? IMHO, roi never expected to win forgery case there aim was to reduce the payout, never in their wildest dream did they expect the verdict to go in their favour. The tribunal significantly helped them. Hopefully justice will be served.
