What are you on about, you said only 3% of cases have been annulled, how many cases have had inadmissable statements used to come to a verdict which was totally beyond belief. Vital documents were not provided which the tribunal themselves said were prima facie.

Uncanny Should roi lose annulment, i can't see roi bringing up the forgery case again. Without Noors statement and without Putra's statement I can't see how any of the forgery sticks. They incriminate their own and no one in Indonesia has ever been charged with fraud, this is really unbelievable how they have come to such a verdict.

I'm sure roi legal team would have informed roi that the case for annulment is compelling, let's see what their next plan is?

Onlooker All the committee has to do is just analyse the use of Noir statements which justified the award. Hopefully, this month the ad-hoc committee will be assigned and the ball can start rolling. This case is such a mess, maybe Putra's lies might be used somewhere to end the forgery case.

James's A very good post, I must add they used Noors inadmissable statement to change the framework of the forgery hearing, chl protested and icsid did not even mention this is the award. They failed to allow icsid to be heard. We were robbed by Indonesia, and now by Icsid.

Gp I think the vast majority of us agree that we should stay suspended. Some who have leverage a lot may lose a lot of money. I don't want to see that happening. On paper this is 100% successful application but because the world bank is all for developing countries it becomes 50/50..

Lutonnews I agree with your post, there is always a chance roi, icsid and world bank might have agreed to deal so roi remain in icsid. let's just hope justice prevails. There is a lot of interest in this case and if this case stands it will set some dangerous precedence.

I agree with Uncanny, the shares are worthless at present and I see no point in relisting at moment. We have lost the case and we are trying to annul the award which ordered us to pay $9m to roi. Should chl win annulment then it gets interesting again. On paper this is a definitely annulment but of course politics play a good part, we just hope justice prevails...

i think the company have been keeping the stock exchange updated with the present situation and they have asked their opinion about relisting whether they should or not. Me personally, not before the verdict is released should they relist. imho

hi fregatr its 6 months but extensions can be put in place, I disagree with GP on this regards... We have strong grounds for annulment it would be best to stay suspended as long as we could near the verdict, in the past Roi have purchased companies to settle, why should we let them dictate the price.

But you want to sue your own company and waste our precious funds we require to fight the devil. I don't understand your logic.
