Orbiter Roi is not going to admit that as it negatively effects their case. Kpk have looked at noor a couple of times, chl I believe have been giving them info. The conclusion that you have come to below is a possibility, get westerners to spend their hard earned money on exploration and if something is found, cry foul. Estoppel and Aquisceince Is a real possibility and some sort of compensation is expected imho Might take a year or two but if it's a large amount, it will be worth it...

Onlooker Noor was not a wealthy man, ever since the licenses were revoked his wealth significantly increased. Kpk are looking into this guy big time. Noor comes from a humble background and he is the son of a former farmer. Now he's a rich dude with a private jet...

Sperac I think you are confusing with what DQ is saying and what my opinion is. I am giving you my opinion. My opinion: Every time when there were holes in their narrative they kept changing and adding to their story. Roi say it was a sophisticated fraud and insider was involved, they pointed the fingers at Putra. The tribunal asked where was putra and roi said they do not know and he is no longer employed by the govt. Now this was blatant lie, this sophisticated fraud without insider was not possible. Why wasn't Putra reported to the kpk and also why wasn't he sacked but transferred to another regency? The forgery case is finished IMHO.

Sperac I have no new evidence, but DQ has said more has been uncovered and will be kept private. Company has a high ranking witness who maybe used should we need to Moreover they can't just take Ishak word they need evidence especially since the culprit failed to show. Me personally I don't think the forgery aspect will be brought again because roi will be in serious trouble.

They will have to give reason for all 17 points why they think its not valid for annulment. Most notably they would have to explain why the tribunal didn't want to hear about the legality of exploitation licenses even though cc said its a very very important part of case. The tribunal stated they didn't want to hear legal consequences for exploitation licenses yet but still ruled on them in this phase. Tribunal broke basic rules here and they failed to allow chl to be heard. Another striking one, they relied on noors testimony to change the scope of hearing bringing in new precedence which totally changed the framework of the forgery phase, they didn't allow chl to add more evidence when they did this. Chl again failed to be heard. Chl protested this and no where in the award does it mention the protest... This will get annulled.. Imho

So the annulment application is what we wanted to hear also? Its all made up,is it? Why has icsid accepted our annulment application? Why have we managed to get funder if we are in such dire position? We have 17 strong points for annulment, 1 will trigger annulment.

Onlooker Correct, a lot of new evidence has been kept private until they actually use it. But I must add annulment only looks at the errors the tribunal made it can't look at the forgery. This is why if roi are stubborn even after the annulment verdict we can then catch them out. Insider allegation will no longer stick... Imho

From 8 June rns "In due course, following the commencement of dealings in the Company's shares, it will also provide shareholders with a market for trading their shares in the Company" The company expect to be trading again, my bet is after annulment verdict.

Benton Why would a funder be prepared to put down $9m on a dead case? We will resubmit the original case should annulment be successful but this forgery will be non issue in future. They have deliberately lied and this time we have proof. They can't get away with it... We will get them this time. Imho

Benton I'm looking ahead, not the annulment case.. If chl have managed to get a funder to guarantee the $9m should icsid request it, the company and funder are really confident of success.

Gp Roi are being arrogant and they don't want to offer £3 or £4.. I've heard the company have uncovered more info which will help our case, DQ is staying tight lipped.. 20th will be interesting...

Falstaff I don't think we will come out of suspension until the verdict of annulment. I think it might not go that far.. We might get a settlement before the verdict, let's see. If the stay of cost is put in place then I am confident we will win annulment. DQ has said they are prepared to put a guarantee for the award cost should they need to.. That's very confident of him...

They can't remove them out of your isa without your permission.
