traderfoocus said they used admission price to nex at 38p. So this is what im reading by the clause 29. With CoreSpread setting precedence of closing out on 37.75p, they will have to do same. imho We will have to let the ombudsman decide if they are not having it.

the issue is about technicality, it doesnt matter when chl relist if your bet expires tomorrow, they have to close as there terms and conditions states, they dont support that platform. lselee lets say they chl do trade, no spreadbetters will allow you to trade chl, thats a fact, as they are not in nex exchange. June bets expire on 20th june so they will have to close, clause 29 of terms and conditions, states if we dont trade other exchange we will close bet on delisting price. As trader say this was rounded up to 38p.

Lselee Like trader states, the delistin price was 38p, ig don't trade nex platform stock so their own rules state they have to close bet. They can't get clever.

Fregatr I think it's time to up the ante, they can't do this, they don't trade nex shares and chl is suspended. Chl has delisted from aim and moved to another exchange which is not supported by ig, their own rules state they will close at a fair price. Core spread clients have been told they will be closed at 37p. I think it's time to say that we will be contacting financial ombudsman service, cause they are being unreasonable. Next time mention your thinking about making complaint to financial ombudsman service to get fair solution. The company will have to pay to have the case hears by them not us..

Maybe it time to email nex and request a copy of rules regarding suspension.

Gp if the intention was for chl to come out of suspension surely they wouldn't have delisted and moved exchanges. I don't think they will relist next week. Imho

If chl did have intention to relist why did they move exchanges, surely they would have got few weeks extensions? Let's see what happens?

Fregatr IG have Two options either 1)They request full margin and allow us to wait for the conclusion of the case and pay us IF we get compensation 2)Close the bet at last price 37.5p This needs to be clear NOW! I've told them this...

Fregatr My Bet expires on june 20th, so i demand to know before then. Core spread have said they will close bets at 37p. IG are just delaying they are saying near the end of the week they should know more.

gp i have got it writing from H&L, if they take it out, we will take legal action, NEX stock are recognized by hmrc and are isable. Now we need chl to win annulment. :-)

me too, wont give up easy on this. Just received positive response from HL saying we have no issues with keeping my chl shares in isa. Good news.

37p is fair and 0p isn't, this situation has never happened before..
