If a company, whose securities represent all or part of the subject-matter of a Bet is delisted from the Exchange to which the Bet relates, but at the time of delisting such company has not gone into insolvency nor been dissolved, then we will take such action as is fair having regard to all of the circumstances regarding the delisting and any hedging transactions that we have with third parties as a result of your Bet and where possible which reflects the treatment accorded to holders of the underlying security. Fregatr The rules are clear if a company is delisted and moved to another exchange which is not recognised by the company, they need to close the bet at delisting price which is the last traded price.

Fregatr No, i specifically asked them about Spreadbet. My shares are with Hargreaves and Landsdown isa, they still have replied back to me about whether i can keep my shares in isa.

Its seems your post has been deleted... Apparently core spread are saying they will close bets on delisting price as they don't trade on nex. IG still haven't made their mind...

OneDayRodney1 The company has told icsid in their stay of cost application that they are prepared to offer guarantee of the award should icisd request it. IF icsid request guarantee then we will get funder in place at the moment CHL dont need cash. Im confident of this, two shareholders have confirmed this, one included an email response from DQ.

Gp With the stock being suspended its very difficult to get them transferred to another isa broker. If anyone manages to transfer to another isa then let me know..

as the stock is suspended they cant take the transfer... :-( i dont know what is hl problem, they can trade nex so whats problem...

Cheekypunter Bdog51 contacted Hargreaves and they said you can continue to keep them in the tax free wrapper in your sipp, so why not isa? I've contacting Hargreaves see what they say. does anyone know any isa brokers that can transfer chl shares into them even though they are suspended. anyone done it yet?
