Gp Nex website states Hargreaves trades in nex stock but I try to search chl and I can't find it of the Hargreaves website. I'd prefer they stay suspended and we are taken over, I don't want to lose isa wrapper.

Gp Mine are with Hargreaves and they are showing big fat zero too. According to nex website Hargreaves trade shares in Nex and you can put in isa too. Another thing if you keep your stock in the growth MKT (nex) for over 3 years then its tax free.. I don't think we will come out of suspension until the conclusion of the annulment case. Imho

Foxy I don't think it will go down the pan, chl could have easily gone into administration but they didn't, we have a chance. A very good chance a roi friendly takes over us.. IMHO.

All attention will be on 20th June when the hearing for stay of cost will be heard, it will be interesting to see if roi aggressively challenges the stay of cost. But if chl are prepared to put a guarantee down this annulment will be heard, odds for successful verdict will be high.

Well I was in contact with IG, they said CFD will need to be closed or transferred somewhere else, but I asked about chl and they said they don't know yet. I think they will keep them opened..

U don't get free tax of nex exchange stocks. By doing this move the will stay suspended indefinitely. Better than relisting and sp falling to 1p..

Noor will not be attending any future hearing at it will be practical suicide for him, alot of investigations has been done on Noor, Flight logs taken of who is on his private jet etc It was through tracking Noor that the company found out about Putra, he met with Noor and then the company followed him from their. At the time of tracking he was still employed by the state. This question will definitely need to be addressed in future as they deliberately lied to tribunal. Corruption eradication unit are investigating Noor, his wealth significantly increased when the licenses were revocated, hes not stupid to show.

James I am not a law professional, what I think the tribunal has to do is analyse the domestic law and then explain why they didn't use it and instead used international law. The icsid total refused to look at Indonesian law side for the exploitation licenses... Imho

Mike That was the point I was going to make, the tribunal relied on noor testimony to bring in a new precedence into the case and change the scope of forgery hearing. I can't see them getting away with it..

Gp There will be no settlement before this award is annulled, I just can't possibly see icsid allowing the award staying in the books, it leaves dangerous precedence which will give companies get out clauses. Its a long haul at least till April 18 my guess for this annulment to be settled.. Imho

Gp You don't agree with delisting, but at the end of the day it will be up to the board. I can speculate they may have a funder in place what's the point of listing on the MKT again, if the whole aim is to give back money to investors should be we get a payout. You might be disappointed about your wish of relisting... Imho

Gp Spoken like a true capitalist.. I know a few who were leveraged badly with this one. Yes you may have had good run trading solg, gcm etc but you can lose it all on this one... Btw Its likely we will delist than we relist on the MKT, just keep that in mind.
