Fact is the company doesn't trade nex platform they are currently breaking their own terms and conditions. Drop them a complaint letter, threaten them with ombudsman. Should a claim be accepted from ombudsman IG will have to pay a fee for the case to be heard.

Well I've got official confirmation by company like traderfoocus said the delisting price was 37.75p and new admission price is 38p to nex. That was interesting email Fregatr, does this mean they are softening up.

me personally cant see a ooc settlement before this award has been annulled, this award cannot stay on the books for the good of icsid. They are setting dangerous precedence here, i believe the company will be taken over should we have a successful annulment verdict. IMHO

Its common sense the longer they leave this the more dodgy it gets for them. The can't pick and choose rules as they want.. Core spread offering their clients 37p per share and these guys try to offer something lower there will be legal proceedings. The way I see it, IG have confirmed that they don't trade nex stock, June bets expire next week, if they still don't offer nex stock by then, they will have to close the bets. I'm no law professional I'm just talking common sense .

Mernell Do you have Chl spreadbet with IG, tell them to abide by their terms and condition and close the trade. They don't trade nex stocks, I don't think they will able to just do it for this stock. At the time they delisted from aim and admission on nex, IG didn't have nex platform so they have to close the bet. Nothing else.....

Falstaff Do you work for one of the spreadbet companies? Rules are clear company delisted and was admitted to nex MKT for 38p per share it doesn't matter they are suspended. Its a betting company it doesn't concern us that they have hedged or not. They are trying very hard to get the nex platform, but will they offer other stocks, I don't think so.....

Its not good enough, chl delisted in 8th June, they ignoring my messages. The said by the end of this week they will have something...
