See that's interesting, because chl is suspended the stock gets rolled over every quarter, does that mean it's a new bet? I don't trust these scammers no more, I have a complaint going, will see what they say otherwise trip to the ombudsman..

It seems that iweb don't trade nex stock so they have moved them out of ISA. Once they are in they should have stayed in, with my broker just to stay on safe side we closed our trading account just in case they didn't move them there..

Roi didn't put in application to challenge the stay of cost, I wonder why? They know they can't win annulment..

the companies lawyers are working on the pledge they dont expect much difficulties, they have to update the icsid within 2 weeks. Hopefully then we can get this going, the main play here will be OOC settlement imho

Sperac Let's hope the arbiters are not that dumb. But the annulment does not concern specifics of claim but just errors by arbiters in coming to the verdict... We have a chance...

Mernell The poster(s), hasn't read the award nor has made any attempt to contact the company to ask what was/is going on. When others did contact company he slated them. Its amazing what the company has managed to do with limited resources after the award decision. Its evident the company were bamboozled by a few officials from the regency, they dragged us along and took our money. Compensation in my view will have to be paid.

Fregatr It seems there is a good chance we will still be at the annulment phase come next year, it all depends how quick the arbiters are, they have given us 30 days to get the pledge docs sorted after that will they look at the annulment case...

He's was one of them that said it's over, we have no money left, we are going into admin, chl are finished. Here we are still fighting and submitted a strong annulment case. We have a chance and that's good enough for me... Ignore him....

jamesss well we have 30 days to give our pledge doc in, then they can get to business, you have to remember average time for annulment case is 18 months, anything less than that is a bonus for us.

Mernell 50/50 , how do you come up with those odds? I seem to recall a recent annulment where the tribunal failed to apply domestic law and the case was annulled. The ad hoc committee will have to be fair..

Gp I tend to agree with you. If they say we will allow to hold position till the annulment verdict ie boom or bust then that would be fine, but if they are saying waiting for relist after stay of cost even though they don't trade the nex exchange then its a con. Regardless my complaint is in process and my grievances are known to them. Let's wait for official response...

Fregatr Well the company are preparing the pledge documentation, imho the stay of cost was the major hurdle, the annulment application is strong we have 17 reasons why this award should be annulled anyone of them can trigger annulment. I just hope when this gets annulled, roi come to the table and offer just compensation otherwise we will hire a funder all the way to the end and it will be for a excellent sum.
