GP the large amount of land near the port was purchased 7 years ago for around $1.8m, im sure prices will be higher now. Great news now, hopefully this will put roi on the back foot. imho

Surely they can't be amended for chl clients as they are demanding their bet closed as terms and conditions breached on 8 the June.. Make sure you raised complaint before this I get feeling alot are taking these guys to court..

Interesting bit of news, company doesn't believe that a guarantee should be needed to have the stay of cost permanent. That being said, as a goodwill gesture the company has offered to pledge title to some land in Indonesia that the Company had purchased in 2010. Chl purchased 300+ hectares of land on the Kalimantan coast on which they had planned to set up the port facilities for the East Kutai Coal Project. The purchase price for this land in 2010 was US$1.76 million but it was impaired in our accounts under IFRS in 2013.

Still not happy with this company.. When's the next cash call...

Fregatr / Lee Escalate your claim and wait for their response, they told me it can take up to 8 weeks, if you not satisfactory with their response, get ombudsman involved. They have broken their terms and conditions, the company has been admitted on nex for 38p. This is the last price they should be settling at as they don't trade nex. . They rolled my bet over even though they don't trade the nex exchange...

Well I got email too, is this is a joke??? "I have spoken to our corporate actions team. For leveraged positions this is expected to be a de-listing that will remain on client accounts for the time being. The shares are then expected to be removed worthless, which means the position will settle against zero."

Fregatr Do they trade nex exchange stock, did they answer that? They have broken their own terms and conditions..

I think company wrote on the stay of cost application that they were prepared to put down guarantee, roi will know.

Gp It just the way it was worded, but I can confirm Dq has said the temporary stay of cost is still in place, we shall know the decision for permanent stay of cost as soon as practical.

Well is the CEO of the nex exchange lying, nex stock are isable and recognised by hmrc.
