Burisma intends to acquire gas trader "Astroinvest-Ukraine" owned by Cadogan Petroleum

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has agreed to the company Burisma Holdings Limited (Cyprus) the purchase of more than 50% of Astroinvest-Ukraine LLC (Zinkiv Poltava region).
