Where there any motions raised for bod removal RKB? Also what was said about their cash position and expenses in the last few months?

That must be a requirement to have transparency right? If people are acting as consultants for the purposes of rto, fair enough. They can broadly say the purpose, without saying who. If they are receiving consultancy fees for any other purpose I fail to see that as being independent.

Personally I would like some clarifications on who of our bod are receiving consultancy fees from any company who has any connection to Psl.

It definitely needs a very clear and transparent answer to where that money has been spent. Ami right in thinking that the remaining part of the business they are yet to dispose of is technically still trading? I. E. It could genuinely have (somehow) generated sizeable losses and the money they raised was genuinely for cash flow reasons? I'm playing devil's advocate, and it is a huge leap of the imagination to see how that could happen.

If you use their trading platform I would think logging in to your account infront of them and showing your holding would be sufficient?? Probably too late to get something posted out.
