Think about this logically, you're looking to rto into a cash shell, who can raise a small amount more cash (via rights issue) if you really need a few more quid. A listing costs millions. *millions* A large company honestly won't care much at all if BOU has 500k cash or 200k imo. Its peanuts and a drop in the ocean. And we can raise more if needed as I said. Onwards and upwards now and Finally past all this pakistan super league twitter rubbish!! Yay

I think you are missing a very important point on your list Jace. One of the placings was conditional on resolution 4, and that was voted down. And as anyone who has been around the block a few times knows these things are usually forward sold. Just in this case they may represent around 30% of the shares here....

You say they needed the money for something, and now that isn't there. I think you're looking at this the wrong way around. If they need money now I'm sure they can get it. We only need a management team to sell all assets, then we don't really need all that many people. If they need money, from now on their (Imo easiest) route is to ask for a loan from Antos. But failing that we as shareholders get to be included now. Which is only a good thing. Should be an exciting week.

I'd say wait and see if the bod reshuffles on Monday. If we sense a conglomerate are in charge who have a plan to rto. They may announce a rights issue but substantially increase their holdings beforehand as a sign of solidarity and intent. I guess day to day running cash they can do a convertible loan to be cleared on rto vote?
