Really what exactly do we need in terms of staff? A few people to sign the legal paperwork to sell of assets and agree an rto. All other assets are going to be liquidated, there are no reasons for anyone except maybe a NED to stay.

They can raise an EGM for 3 weeks from now if its so urgent!

To answer your question, their running costs have been beyond ludicrous and that is why they have been found out. If the bod all see there is no more money without a plan, the greediest should all leave immediately,

Basically if they dispose of all the assets of the company from 8th they will definitely have enough cash to survive on a janitor management team. They are just annoyed because their mates in the room next door won't be able to fleece us all again!

It is already too late. Most of the largest PI will already have voted and cannot (or very unlikely to) change their vote now.

I say sure, they should be contemplating the viability of it!! Why not put an RTO proposal to shareholders **BEFORE** asking them to dilute their holdings 50%.

I would say we should not compare the history here to anything. It depends entirely what the rto partner feels is appropriate.

My best case projection is mcap 5m. Anything beyond that would be amazing.

One thing is for certain though, there is no point selling before the vote. From Monday 8th this will effectively be out on the market up for sale to the highest bidder. Instead of a failed disaster of a business which the market is pricing this at currently. If 1 and 4 are voted down, and an orderly wind up I think this is a good clean shell.

Know it's repeating things, but I definitely foresee the following:

Monday 8th RNS. 2 and 3 passed, 1 and 4 not passed.
They highlight that this may mean they struggle to be a going concern. Which is absolute bs as if you read it the proper way it means "we have too many staff relative to the fact we are now a cash shell"!

Push comes to shove, if only one person remained employed to ensure bills paid, then in a hurry this can rto without assets being disposed of. So there is virtually no reason to run out of cash, except for greed.

That seems like a very likely scenario. Just remember, the actual cost of running a cash shell, including the selling off of all assets (and the net proceeds from these) should be minimal and more than covered by what we have left. So if the bod say otherwise they are either blatantly lying or there are too many of them and we need to fire half.

So I'm guessing collectively these interested parties don't have many shares?

Any time after 5th they will publish a circular on a proposed rto. The share probably won't be suspended then (Imo), but it should be, pending the outcome of a new egm to vote on it and agree (correctly this time) the huge share issue and all other legalities. Before the agm, no I don't think so.
