I can see the logic people are applying to join the dots, but should we presume a guy who has zero financial interest in bou would be the one to rto into something he does have an interest in?? Personally I still believe Antos will deliver. Who knows maybe he was just too busy to be in charge, or a conflict of interest. No idea.

As I see it, if he is organising a placing then we are months away from things being sorted.

If he is not and has non dilutive finance, then we are potentially a couple of weeks max.

Just to reiterate what Jay said. If you sell any shares (here or elsewhere) today your funds will **not** be settled in your account through Halifax in time to take up your oo shares.

They could announce tomorrow "subject to shareholder approval." etc, which would be effectively the same thing as announcing we have it. Same boom.

As I understand it, it's had about $30m spent on it to date. If they are prepared to give it away, then it's a golden egg for practically nothing! However, given their position Gun would be better off immediately repackaging and jv the vast majority to some other partner.

Quite possibly, but "no cash" is a more alarmist discussion than is needed Imo. Even if the financing is not dilutive

@mannan and others It is very likely to be a false statement that they have no money at the bank. If they had zero money they would have placed a week ago etc. People should stop making this allegation. The price overall has barely moved. Market doesn't seem that bothered

Their cash position depleted 1m between Dec and Mar, 900k left April may June? I'm not sure it's early June as suggested. Which is a moot point as they would be legally obliged to state tomorrow if they were imminently running out of cash with no alternative. No mention of cash in the body of the rns tomorrow = not a concern for them.

If they are cutting it that close they must by now know *exactly* where funding is coming from right!?
