If people only get 10-15% of their excess, but monies returned are invested anyway then I could see a slight dip but overall up.

I know past success doesn't mean future success, but if can turn a company price in its teens to £9 then he will have something to prove here. I can't see him letting this die. I could see all the ducks lining up very quickly here.

So basically it's in shorelines interest to have a junior partner with very stable funding. 40% is still very significant. I'd say a small earnout loan seems quite possible.

Once you cross certain thresholds of the amount of shares you hold you become a notifiable shareholder and the market needs to be informed. A Tr1 can be crossing into a higher holding threshold, or dropping into a lower one if the person has sold.

Oh, I see. I wouldn't read too much into that to be honest. Private companies with regards to their share structure I don't think have very strict rules on disclosing shares in issue.

Based purely on that why would anyone sell!? Even if Antos was not on board, a private gold company worth half a billion etc buying shares in a cash shell is massive vote of confidence. People would be crazy to sell if they get their allocation.

If you look at the facts, Antos is the largest single shareholder as far as we know He bought Psl for £1 He has a sizeable interest in company with a history of trying to list. He has absolutely no need to make a few quid trading shares in bou! He is here for a reason, we are all just waiting to hear what his intentions are. But being a good samaritan in a random company isn't one of them Imo!

It should go without saying that even if this isn't coeur, any rto that pushes the price up 500% etc makes virtually all of us money.
