As I understand it there are 3 hard-core anti frack protesters on site, probably only one of which is a local. Probably another 20 people of vague interest. So it doesn't seem like the locals are actually bothered.

If I understand this correctly, you are all saying that if the collective (including bod) buy about 20% more of the company, then it will delist. Regardless of any court orders?

Does this company have debts, or in a net current positive position?

I am just guessing, but someone posted what coeur golds most recent filing was on companies House and I think this is what he's alluding to. If its bou at 55m I'm sure most here could live with that.

That is one guy who should definitely be in jail for market manipulation. I boycotted their site a long time ago.

Sorry, to clarify my last reply on timescales is *my* understanding, the one before that in the rig was from art.

As I understand it, our drilling related news will be very sparse until end of June/early July but explosive after that. Our funding related news should be any time from now until say end of July. Our legal /case news will be a couple of weeks at most.

As indicated in our press release of March 29 the Jack up drilling rig subject to a non-binding LOI is a newly build unit currently in an Asian shipyard. Our conditions to taking the LOI to a firm commitment is the completion of a rig inspection and certification of its operating systems. This work has been ongoing by the contractor/owner but was held up do to timing of Visas to the inspectors by the host government. We have been told a final report will be presented in early to mid June. The next step is to enter into a final drilling contract. One step of which will be to define and settle which costs are the responsibility of the contractor and the operator to get the rig to Nigeria. Once the respective parties commit their share of funds to this phase the rig will move which should take 6 to 8 weeks. If we do not select this rig there are other rigs in and out of the country suitable and available for short term work.

Fair play to art, I'd say he was reasonable in all points and you did blatantly say he was incompetent.

I'd say that the earliest they could possibly drill (if all the ducks lined up) would be mid August, the latest... who knows... But latest optimistic target would be end of Sept.

They have to submit completion of a rig inspection and certification of its operating systems. The report will be available early to mid June.

On a more positive note, IF they actually drill, and IF they hit oil on all 6 planned wells, this could and will be nearer 10p a share... We might die of old age first, but it's quite an amazing potential from here.

Just on this, my email to him was just one point of clarity on the rig, and one of general prompting about the bod buying. But I would agree, actions speak louder than any words.

Thing is though, if there is one thing I trust on the stock market it's that greed conquers all other motives. Yes the bod and (other engineers) are taking a large cut, I haven't looked into if there are other operational reasons for that being spent.

But at the end of the day the bod are all making peanuts here compared to just getting the oil out of the ground! They already know it's there.
