Last valuation, portfolio NRR has was around 1.3 Billion GBP. With the market cap currently just over 150 Million GBP. Even with NRR's financing the market cap is extremely low currently IMO.

Will be interesting to see what information the BOD will announce next week with full year results. Topped up some more today. NRR has a lot of cash flow if needed and are asset rich, with the current market cap vs assets i'll continue to top up when possible at these levels.

From 19th of March RSN. I don't see any issues with NRR having to raise any cash.

The Company's focus is on managing cash resources very carefully and maintaining liquidity in the business. The Company has £72 million of unrestricted cash reserves and £45 million of undrawn revolving credit facilities, giving available liquidity of £117 million.

· NewRiver benefits from a wholly unsecured balance sheet. No bank refinancing events are due prior to August 2023, with the Company's £300 million corporate bond not due for repayment until 2028.

I've worked out the value of the offer at shell shares £22. Am I using the wrong shares? 721 shares is 170 shell shares = £3,740 383p x 721 shares = £2,761 = £6,500 But 721 x £9 = £6,489???? I'm sure I'm working the deal at wrong or it sucks!
