Any kind of placing would be for very cheap and big return assets. Over £80M cash in reserves during March, don't need any placing for day to day business.

"placing possible"? In March 2020 NRR had £82.1M cash. Only reason for a placing would be some amazing yield asset as some other entity needed cash quickly, which would also increase SP on such a placing. Also that on 1st of April 2020, Fitch gave senior unsecured rating at 'BBB+'... more long term bonds with the plan to sell further low yield assets further in the financial year to bring down LTV could be possible.

Mcap below £200M again. Really is amazing the share price vs net assets. I look forwards to any positive info regards to dividends with everything being able to reopen in the coming weeks, hopefully give the BOD more info of when they will be able to reinstate it.

Apologies, I did kinda read your comment incorrectly that we needed funds for day to day business... Had to wake up early for a new boiler arriving I blame! Haha. Looking like a V shaped recovery though with the PMI info today. Thankfully NRR are no where near becoming like INTU.

Why does NRR need to raise funds currently? They have a lot of cash reserves and don't own huge shopping centres with high rents like INTU. UK Manufacturing flash PMI (Jun) comes in at 50.1 exp: 45 and UK Services flash PMI (Jun) comes in at 47 exp: 40. Looking good here for reopening.

Net assets £610.6M > Mcap £207.30M. Net profit per share 17.0p FY20. All assets are able to reopen from next month. If everything does go to plan, restarting dividends in Q2 FY21 and also may see a special dividends as they have to give shareholders 90% of profits to keep RIET status. CEO and CFO on Full Year Results presentation Thursday talked about bringing down LTV, with the help of selling brownfield additional land to developers which would not impact regular current income from tenants.

Watching the presentation yesterday from Allan Lockhart and Mark Davies and they are definitely looking at selling low yield assets and brownfield sites to developers to bring down debt ratio. Which would then allow rental income to be available to bring back dividends. They also spoke about competitors having very big unattractive shopping centres which would be difficult to sell for any reasonable price currently, while we have smaller community located portfolio. Last years net assets were just over 790M in 23rd May 2019 RNS. 120p would mean just below 370M MCAP. Will be interesting once we have more information of how COVID19 has impacted NRR. GLA

Great to see what a lot of us knew with NRR being so undervalued. Still amazes me with the market cap being around 230M still with previous net assets at just over 700M on last full year results. GLA

Some good news, all non-essential retail shops can reopen in England from 15th of June. Hopefully we may also see final year results this week, but I also expected them last week so who knows apart from the BOD :) GLA

Sorry late reply Zac been very busy. Last years net assets were just over 790M GBP. With the current climate a 50% discount is justified, not the current MCAP of just below 170M GBP. Hopefully we will find out a lot more information tomorrow morning with full year results. GLA
