Just know last year it was start of October and this year it will be in November as per the virtual Capital Markets Event they did on the 8th of October. So guessing the start of November most likely.

Watched the entire thing last night. Very good news that currently Q3 rent is very much ahead of Q1 and Q2 at this time during them quarters. Also in a closed period, with valuation for half year results, also will hear more info regards to dividends next month with valuation. Sounded fairly positive on the dividend front with us being an REIT. GLA

It's always interesting very early the share price hits the daily high most days, I guess the seller isn't selling at 8am. Once gone NRR will rise again I would guess.

Share price went down to low 50s in May and then high 70s in June - short term and medium term a lot can happen, but fundamentals haven't changed. As long as the BOD can sort out selling enough disposals to bring down LTV, NRR are in a strong position as no issues with liquidity it seems. Any positive news on such could really change things over night with also info on the future of dividends starting too. GLA :)

18 months time, if they have 50% of the dividends of what they had before covid19 this would be 9p per year or 2.25p dividend a quarter. Going to keep topping up when possible :)

Are they able to use right downs as a loss though? I would of thought it would be income profit of 90%. Otherwise if assets rise they would need to sell some just to pay 90% of the profit to keep REIT status. Wouldn't make much sense.

I guess once they know they have sold or are selling enough disposables to be in a much better position for LTV. We will know more about LTV during half year results. Otherwise special dividend at the end of the financial year of 90% of profits to keep REIT status at the latest potentially.

LMAO. 32p? Below 100M mcap. Joker. NRR currently has available liquidity position to £182 million as RNS on 14th of August.

From 14th of August -

The Company currently has £87 million of cash reserves and £45 million of undrawn revolving credit facilities, providing sufficient liquidity of £132 million. In April 2020, we received confirmation from the Bank of England that we are eligible to access £50 million of committed and available funding under the Covid Corporate Finance Facility ('CCFF'). This facility is currently undrawn, but improves our available liquidity position to £182 million.

Don't see the need for any placing right now as they could get £50M via government scheme through Bank of England - also in the AGM vote went through for NRR to buy back its own shares if it wishes.

Lots of volume today, shame it isn't in the other direction. Any ideas for the drop? Not worried medium/ long term. Will top up when possible.

Also we had just over 82M GBP cash before lock down - in a very good position. Just very low volume currently, hopefully will pick up once we get more info.

Feel bad for any HMSO holder. I live in Birmingham and the Bullring is such a huge asset, with big premium stores and then you have to include they now also own Grand Central (Birmingham New Street Station), which has already lost John Lewis's huge flagship store which isn't ever opening again. NRR is in a much better place with more local and essential retailers who have stayed open during the entire lock down, will be interesting to see future updates from NRR BOD in the coming weeks and months... I think it will be much more positive than other REITs.

With regards to not paying dividends, couldn't NRR use cash/income to pay down debt and have it as a cost? Would make sense to bring debt down a bit more. But not too sure with REIT rules on such. Definitely in a good place with tenants. Hammerson own such big assets such as the Bullring in Birmingham, with huge rents and flagship stores for retailers, very high costs.

Meanwhile NRR pushing through with new shopping developments which include stores such as Lidl. NRR tenants are much better than a company like Hammerson, thankfully.
