Looking forwards to next month for expected announcement of the $35M to be paid back to shareholders for final dividends. Does anyone hold via HL? I see the dividend is paid in USD and paperwork for it to be paid in GBP, but does HL automatically do this? Cant see any info anywhere else unfortunately. GLA! Another good day above 130.

CEY BOD have given a commitment to pay at least $105 million in dividend in 2021, so by the current exchange rate and market cap I come to around 0.09$ a share, 6.6p.

Should be a green day tomorrow for Centamin at least. GLA

It doesn't state the amount that I can see. LTV below 50% is great, that was my only concern with these result.

Still think as of "Both the retail and pub businesses have remained cash positive throughout lockdown and beyond" from 8th of October we will see a dividend announcement on Thursday as with REIT status which will hopefully surprise the market as being positive.

What date was that from? All I can find is this "Both the retail and pub businesses have remained cash positive throughout lockdown and beyond. Including our £45 million of undrawn revolving credit facilities and our eligibility for £50 million of financing under the Covid Corporate Finance Facility ('CCFF'), which the Company currently has no need or intention to draw, the Company has total available liquidity of £235 million."

Which states its all undrawn.

But yeah, you can choose to have dividends paid in new shares, allows the company to keep funds for further investment and you don't pay any stamp duty :) ... Feel like my last message wasn't so clear while I was working and typed quickly lol. Looking forwards to Thursday half year results!

Pay out dividends via new shares for scrip. You can sign up for it currently, but I prefer cash and to then buy shares off the market, even though with the stamp duty. Don't like share dilution.

Expecting some kind of dividends announced as with REIT status, Underlying Funds From Operations was 17p a share for last full year results, as you say with rent collections have still been above 50% fully collected from past trading updates.

Yeah! I'm thinking another 10-20% tomorrow and also we have half year results at the end of the month. Looks good from here.
