Eufingest don’t need 1p. They have first charge over CL17, where the court money will be paid ( if successful), and also have the claim itself as security on their bond debt . It’s a falsehood put around ( as it has been before) to entice people in who can’t be bothered to do their own research.

If any lth’s haven’t got out at 0.4p+ then in my humble opinion you will deeply regret it next week .

Earl: they didn’t restart Bitcoin mining and the unit is mothballed somewhere in Eastern Europe . The court settlement will be max €7.5 after cost of buying claim and legal costs . The claim is now held by eufingest as security against their debt which is over €8m .
Maybe that will help with your mcap calculations.

Well some money was bunged to Infusion 2002 from FG/Geosim investments which was ultimately invested in meta pack who bought back all their shares last year . It’s an intriguing web

I see Eufingest have drained infusion 2002 dry . Nothing to stop them doing the same with any money incoming here . Sure the price will bounce around a bit on news, but it all feels a bit dead in the water now .
