Easychair: I noticed on Friday it was possible to buy sub 0.27p even though the ask was still at 0.28/0.3
I cancelled my 0.27 buy order but still have the one at 0.25 although I may well need to move that lower.

Interesting to see that the 90992 ‘trade’@1.11 as RNSd. By Peel hunt just now was actually a buy even though marked as a sell and it dropped the share price 10%. Clear evidence mms manipulate the price ( unless of course they got the RNS wrong)

I think there have been big software issues on here today reporting trades etc..and it has generally been rubbish across most platforms lately. There were obviously a few chunky buys late on, hence the rise, but not reported on this platform (volume reported here 2.75m...on HL 4.45m). I think tomorrow might turn out to be an interesting day.

Is it normal that mms have to declare an £18 quid trade and it be RNSd by IOG and DELT ??

In the grand scheme of things it’s not very long... just that personal investors are generally very impatient and often lose out as they sell early and buy too late . The previous offer was a debacle whereas this time due diligence seems to be taking place and personally I think they will reach a deal. If that is true then buying at 1.25 is a steal, although not as much as at 0.87 just 2 weeks ago when the same people were moaning at a lack of action .

You have to chuckle when the only reported trade in a day is minus one share from last Tuesday !

MMs very good at squeezing out shares from bored holders. Anyone with an ounce of sense and a little patience should see what the potential gains are here!

Sure (not siren!)

DELT are being courted sensibly by IOG after the brazen pass by RBD. We might want them to get on with it and jump into bed , but there will be others waiting for siren. Our assets are desirable , especially as there will be no more available for the foreseeable . We can afford to wait . If you are a short term trader this has never been a good share... hence the reluctance of the herd to pile in . But this has every chance of coming very very good for those who have patience.

Couple of good buys have gone through...

Thanks Peakview. Lombard also have 6.71% here, down by a bit as they shed 21 million shares recently, possibly to keep a lid on DELT's share price during this period. It looks like everything is proceeding towards an orderly offer, although I don't think 2/2.5p will be accepted by our major investors, unless they can be convinced the merged company offers greater returns down the line.

Are we as DELT holders aware that just under 30% of IOG's shares are owned by London Oil and Gas, which is in administration? I noticed this just now on the IOG RNS from this morning:

"* These shares are subject to orderly market arrangements given to the Company, FinnCap Limited, Peel Hunt LLP and Cenkos Securities PLC for a period of 12 months from 28 October 2019 pursuant to which any sales by London Oil & Gas Limited can only be made through the Company's brokers on an orderly market basis subject to certain carve outs."

You have to have good news in the first place. Better to keep quiet than give false hope as so many AIM companies do...although no news in itself doesn't help after a while. Krakatoa remains dormant...

We all know it should be much much higher. It seems to have been held back quite successfully so far

I see they have released their form8s this morning.

No deal has been put on the table to fall through .
