In my opinion I don’t think it was a leak on Friday

Good morning RKB! A slight surprise to find you posting here. I’ve dipped my toe in here in the past and have done reasonably well. I did so again yesterday as there seems quite an expectancy of a strong move , despite the false start at the beginning of the week .

1. Does the charge over the Sipiem claim relate to the new 'bond' of 3.42m euros only or the new bond plus their existing 3m euro part of the 4.2m euro 'bond' ?

2. They can convert the new bond into shares at 'any time'. Thats roughly half the current shares in issue or about a third if they converted them all plus their current stake. Is the authority to issue shares for such a conversion in addition to any authority already granted to issue shares (or about to be granted at the AGM), or only up to the overall authority that FG has (will have).

Anyway it looks like Eufingest have triple locked their money from the Sipiem case as they already have first charge one CL17 where the money would have been paid otherwise.

Should the RNS not have been highlighted as loan conversion rather than bond conversion ;)

I bought approx 1.43m just after the bell this morning as I stated earlier, after having read the RNS. I sold yesterday my small holding in the spike, also stated yesterday .
It was clear there was a leak , disguised as a crypto pump n dump.

Going on the bid those trades looked like sells, or buys disguised as sells to those in the know ....

Enough to buy 1.4m just now

Sold at 0.27 Steve ( marked as a buy) .

Lol: the data centre is in a parking lot in Serbia and hasn’t been operational for 18 months at least !

Currently up about £150 on 365k of shares if I sold at 0.26 which I’m quoted ....

You astonish me Mike. They (DELT) and Shell have been getting on with exactly what they said they were getting in with , and don’t forget having to deal with 2 offers would have been a distraction .

Just be patient or get out. The risk reward is still the same , and from the time you originally invested Mike the general prospects here are much better . The global situation both on the pandemic and politically is a massive headache for nearly everyone and just requires more patience than normal . If you want to get out that’s fine as sill have your cheap shares ;)

But in my opinion you are likely to be wrong in that assessment.

PR ( such as they are) can’t be responsible for the website ... or maybe they are ?

I posted about 6 months ago that it was laughable that the website hadn’t been updated regarding miner one .... it still hasn’t ! And even more laughable is that the media polis section still shows a picture of ‘the land’ which was sold ( robbed) at auction over 2 years ago !!

Despite all that I picked up the most I could get at 0.215p ( 310k) today on anticipation (but not expectation) of a minor bounce when it’s announced very soon that Eufingest have rescheduled their loans (again). If they don’t it’s curtains .....

It was my sense of humour too linandy, although I guess it’s not to all lth’s taste and I apologise for inducing any queasiness on board the good ship CLp.

Whilst probably an investment to keep the share price high for other reasons you would have thought it might have been wiser to buy a stake in an established crypto operation .

Now the investment stratagem seems even worse... to invest in unproven companies by giving them a stake in CLP.

As you say, a shambles .

From the update in the summer:
The Company also wishes to notify shareholders that pursuant to the guidance published by the London Stock Exchange in respect of the temporary measures for the publication of half-yearly reports for AIM companies pursuant to AIM Rule 18 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Clear Leisure intends to utilise the additional one month period to prepare and notify shareholders of the Company’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2020. As such the Company will release its Interim Results no later than 30 October 2020.

The ask was never at 0.2 Steve , and HL was suspended until just before close yesterday and I tried a few dummy buys this morning to see where the price was really at but it was NT all the way . If I had been offered 0.2 to buy I would have taken it .

RKB: I didn’t have an opinion on the trades , but was asking whether you were questioning that people shouldn’t be selling, or in fact suggesting they were not sells ( I agree that is quite likely)

Thank you again for all your informative posts. For the record I don’t believe this company is available to trade on AIM for the benefit of private investors .
MMS have got this one seen up at the moment do I won’t go near it . The interims may free things up a bit . When are they due?

RKB: disagree with the fact people were selling, or that they were reported as sells?
I found it hard to believe the buy prices quoted by another poster earlier... but these are indeed strange times
I have noted your sentiment on the structure of the Forcrowd deal before and tend to agree . In addition , like many so called ‘investments’ here the actual business done is minimal and often shambolic and Forcrowd has followed miner-one in that regard. It reminds me of the Japanese businessmen who used to put their suits on and go off to sit in the park all day rather than face the shame they no longer had a job to go to . There is no shame here but Eufingest have to decide whether to extend again next week. No doubt they will as this operation has to be seen to be legitimate until they get their money back, by whatever means they can devise.
