I simply said that the claim money from SIPIEM ( max €7.5m) is not much different to the amount of bond debt held by eufingest (€6.4m).
I said it to avoid new investors being mislead by the €10.8m claim=investment in crypto .

I’m struggling with you not understanding that the bonds are just debt in a different name .

Pete: you should read a bit harder before reacting . I didn’t say there would be no money left. I just think it should be noted that the amount expected in the SIPIEM claim is not far off the DEBT owed to eufingest ...and yes it is debt!
The claim result may be more or less than €6.4m but not much either way. Also I said eufingest may not ask to be paid back straight away and may be happy to go with a crypto venture , although the previous track record was abysmal.
I only posted in response to east hairs pust because there are many in here being lied to that the claim money = investment in crypto, which it is not .

Clp’s DEBT to eufingest is now all in bonds rather than part bonds part loans. The total DEBT to eufingest is €6.4m. That’s not a lie . The vague language I referred to re: Bitcoin is my opinion. But in the world of Bitcoin a vague intention is enough to stoke interest rather than a concrete plan. Again not a lie , but in this case my opinion.

Settlement of around €6.5m is my guess. Leaving clp e ( after paying off eufingest) enough to take us all for a pint and paket off crisps down at Johnny’s ;)

Easychair: remember Eufingest has first charge over the claim money both the claim itself as well as first charge over CL17 where the money would be paid .
Max claim amount is €7.5m after costs. Eufingest bond debt is €6.4m .
They may decide to back a Bitcoin venture rather than be paid. But they have been very patient thus far ....

At present Clp doesn’t mine Bitcoin . It has rather vaguely for some time suggested it is thinking of getting back into it . It now has some cash to throw at it , but sensible investors need to see a plan .

Surprised no comments when 2.17/2.28 on bid/offer now !

Just had 100k shares taken out on a limit order at 2.16! Should have moved it up quicker!

I’ve been in and out and currently have 250k . I’m not going to change my opinion on Bitcoin . I’ve always agreed with RKB on sipiem , although I’m less optimistic than some on the eventual
Payout .

If you want to. Ale money out of Bitcoin buy 10 now for €50k and sell them for €100k in 12 months. Don’t bother with the mining malarkey...

Truth caller: when I first came across this share a few years ago someone posted that the only true value with this company is not knowing what the true value is .
That remains as relevant (even if not true) today as then.

I do know ( as far as anyone can know anything on AIM) that the true value here is in the claims and not Bitcoin. The current value however has everything to do with believing this company is a Bitcoin player : which it’s not .
(Cue RNS stating we own the largest Mining unit in the world ;) )

Looking quite healthy on the bid. Maybe 2p will go this week.

They were cut out of profits due from sipiem , a company that CLP had a controlling share of , but had to fight for years to get ithat recognised . Bear in mind it’s max 70% of €10.8m
The Mediapolis case hasn’t been launched . The €20m figure was a speculative guess at what it might be worth ...if pursued.
