RKB: if eufingest convert their most recent bonds ( converted from their loans) , then at the current price they have more than doubled the bond value .
However if they do ( why wouldn’t they?) there will be a bit of dilution. Perhaps more importantly they will have roughly 435m shares out of 1.2 billion.

It went to 3.05p intraday on Monday ( not my buy btw!)

If we went for KNB then CBX almost certainly applied for although it was very oversubscribed . Another quick profit ? I just added another 5m+ as this is looking quite exciting in the coming weeks

We all know the timeline and the risks. A retrace is normal , they just moved it up to get shares last week rather than down .

I still had my 250k@1.55 this morning , down £625. Needless to say I don’t have them anymore and up considerably more than that ;)

For someone who dislikes placings and abhorred warrants FG has chosen his moment well. Mr. Story is a high caliber investor and this will be a real game changer for this company . I don’t think it will go up in a straight line , but this is a whole new playing field . Good luck to all who stuck it through the hard times . You deserve it .

I’m not saying that is what the various appointed ‘experts’ will come to. It’s what CL17 has ‘apparently “ accounted for ( if you look at their accounts )
They overstated mediapolis and had to back track ... they may well be being too prudent . But what is reasonably clear is that they expect the majority to be repaid.... although things HAVE moved on since 2019

To my untrained eye it looks like the ‘prudent’ valuation on the Sipiem claim is €6.5m of which CL17 would get about €4.44m after costs . Of this about €3.78m will be repaid to ‘ group undertakings’ leaving approx 680k left...which funnily enough is the size of the recent placing .
Life is full of funny coincidences.

Bank of New York did strike me as someone wants to get in on the action which is why I mentioned it. If it’s one individual thats over 100m shares ....

Apologies Steve that I missed that in amongst the micro price movement posts ;)
It is quite a lot to go from off the radar to 14.6%. as it is nite suggestive of larger institutional traders rather than small pi’s who tend to be in HL or ii .

I got spiked at these prices years ago . It was a good call then to get out despite many saying it would hit 2p etc etc.
It may well hit 2p soon on the right news or just the herd whipped into thinking it will on the back of crypto etc. There in lies the reason for trading it , but it’s too risky for me to go big here from this point as it could just as easily be back at the placing price.
The main price risk is court delay. The second is a low ball claim valuation.
Positives are a higher claim valuation and quick settlement , a concrete proposal re Miner One or a reverse takeover into our tax losses .

No one responded to my post on the the new shareholder(s) appearing on the aim rule 26 list (within New York nominees ltd). Or “an idea lives on “dropping off the list....

There is a genuine fascination with this share, and just as some might post incessantly on micro price changes minute to minute others are genuinely interested in probing and challenging the assumptions promoted here, as 99% of these are on the back of one person.
I do respect RKBs ‘research’ but he has no less of an addenda than anyone else . I have been spiked here before in just such a rise as seen recently and will post if I see people naively or deliberately posting things I believe are untrue . It is impossible to convince anyone that’s not to my own advantage , and that’s fair enough. We do all have agendas but I’m mostly invested elsewhere . This share remains much more interesting however.

It’s a fascinating story . At the heart of it all are two prize assets , Ondaland (SIPIEM) and the land for a new water/theme park
( MEDIAPOLIS).

The land is seemingly lost , but is it? In both cases the companies are now in liquidation but it will be fascinating to see whether these prize assets eventually end up in the hands of the rightful and original beneficiaries or these actions taken/considered through CLP are the best route for them to be reunited/remain with those who sought to squirrel them off CLP in the first place . Fanciful and unfounded maybe... but it is Italy .
