I would have thought that converting now @1p (getting roughly 3 times the amount of their loans) would be good timing ( for them) if the share price is due to go 5p plus. Why wait ?
( I don’t think they will though)

All my 350k shares were sold with limit orders on Friday for an average of about 3.8, having bought them the day before for about 2.7 average.
Thanks to RKBs advice I mostly use limit orders for selling and buying .
I agree the price may settle back a bit until the court case news.
Having been involved with this share a long time it wouldn’t be a surprise for a delay in the court process but to be honest it’s not much use making predictions on that . Bitcoin has added about 2p to the price (3p on Friday). That will wax and wane until the actual plans are unveiled but I can’t see this slipping back lower than 2.8/2.9 and the upper limit could be a lot lot higher .

Good evening RKB: enjoy you bottle. You deserve it. I did manage a small top up at 2.55 this morning after reading your post, and have a few 100ks from earlier in the week, but by no means what I should have, or would like to have. I had a wry smile on my face when I looked at my virtual portfolio, as my CLP entry has 3 million@0.285 which was a buy not so long ago ( and long since sold. ). I would be £85k up on those if I still had them, but such is life!! At least my sell order at 3.05p for about 100k was not triggered before the close, as I think I would really have hit the bottle if that had gone through!!

I wasn’t actually referring to RKB directly just using the same language he does . His insight is second to none and I genuinely believe he believes he has called this right . I was just urging caution for speaking too soon before the final move(s)

It is obviously absurd to say I’m not looking for a position and at the same time state that I am !! It should have read “ I do not currently have a position but might look to build one at 1.6p”
Otherwise I stand by my comments. I’m not being negative but urging against over confidence . In these situations only one wrong move can lead to things unravelling, however much you think you have all bases covered . I very much respect RKB s research and in depth knowledge of this company.
Also for the record I have never reported another poster .

The crypto angle has blindsided everyone here , and for those that have done well, even extremely well, it has been a gift and well deserved for their patience.
This may be stage one on a continued upward trajectory , but history urges caution here . I’m not looking for a new position, but will likely look at one around 1.6p. However sentiment will likely keep it between 2.5/3p + for a while.

Just my opinion.

I have been playing a very old friend online chess for a case of wine over the last few weeks . I was 2-0 up and very confident, but he battled back to 2-2 . I made a silly mistake in the decider and felt it was slipping away and he became confident enough to send me messages about how much he was looking forward to the wine! Then he made a silly move and I have just wrapped up the game .
Over confidence is the biggest downfall in chesss .
We will see how good a player FG is very soon.
