Steve: I hope you did manage to sell into the rise. Always my mistake in my early years with this one. I once was at an airport departure lounge and had a sell quote @ 1.62p on 2 million + shares just after CLP came out of one of its suspensions . I declined it and by the time I go off my flight the price was sub 1p ( had bought at 1.2p). Of course we have to make our own decisions and if I had held my 1million bought at 0.27 and not sold at 0.295p not so long ago I would have a big smile on my face. Good luck to you and all the other LTHs who have had a lot of pain here, which I fully understand ( even though I have been unfairly accused of trying to manipulate the price for my own gain...never true). This may rise further if there is a fundamental reason for the rise , which if there is would mean a leak of information. Otherwise it looks like a p&d of rather epic proportions. I'm not looking to get back in although I do still have my order in @ 0.22p just on the very, very slight off chance ;). Most likely will settle around 0.45/5p in the next few weeks but hope I'm wrong for those that need higher.

I think the deal between SHELL and DELT stands a reasonably good chance of progressing, but within the overall climate the chance of a major shift away from traditional energy sources to renewables is higher... hence the overall chances for these prospective deals is lower because fewer will come to fruition . Just my opinion

Depends what Shell do. They may use this moment to jump straight to renewable investment and wind down traditional oil and gas ventures. DELT has as good a chance as any of getting the nod as it’s gas rather than oil but I reckon the chances have reduced .

If you tried to address the issues at hand rather than just dismiss them and be rude then you might get somewhere.

Look at the price in the post of mine you quoted Pete (0.23p). Was that an unsound buy?

I wonder how the buyer of 2,220,233 @ 0.45p on Friday feels now. Could get them for 0.33/0.35p late this afternoon (if you wanted)

It was a shameless pump last week over false crypto rumours, which also happened a month or so ago, although it got a bit higher this time. Lth's who hold substantial amounts should use these 'gifts' to sell and then buy back lower and get out some profit, or lower your average. It took me 2 years to get back to parity here (by trading) after getting spiked in 2017 and now its just an occasional punt. I will never buy back in as a serious investment as there is nothing substantial over and above repaying debt and settling old scores, especially since Mediapolis is now done and dusted.

The point I’m trying to make is that with a sp of only 0.25/0.3p it makes no sense for eufingest to convert.
Let’s say £1m of debt was to be converted for 100m shares ( @1p conversion price)
At current share price the mcap should ( all else remaining the same) increase by £700k as the new shares would only be worth £300k to eufingest . Eufingest would also have 24% of the country and with dilution the new share price ( assuming 700k increase in mcap) would be 0.37p rather than 0.325p.

There is within these calculations a point where eufingest could take a hit on converting enough debt to gain full control and then buy back the remaining shares at a bargain price ..

But I can’t see where small investors will benefit here .

Their bonds COULD be converted at the EQUIVALENT of 1p.
If they did that now they would lose €2m and Clp would pat themselves on the back.

But the chance of that is nil.

I was just spelling out the actual position rather than the falsehoods being put around. You know the max claim amount is 7.5m Steve. Pete the feet keeps mentioning 1p conversion and €10m as fact...when they are not . Let alone the crypto pump n dump .
The €4 was four euros...not 4million , but glad you saw a positive slant on that ;)

There is also €4 incoming as 1% raised by forcrowd on the metawellness fundraise (€400 raised of €1.5m target)

Total bond debt €8.25m ( eufingest €6.4m)
Max claim result is 70% of €10.8m less €85k costs+ buying claim =€7.475m

It wasn’t a perfect trade but j in made just over £200. Some would have made a bit more . I occasionally make a punt on sentiment bubbles and am surprised at how high this one went .
My buy back order is in at 0.22p . By next Thursday I reckon ...
