The real potential here, as RKB alludes to is the double whammy of the SIPIEM case coming good as well as the historical claim against the region by Mediapolis. Considering CLP's returns from Mediapolis were considered done and dusted it would be a surprise if that came good to any extent, but it would be a real bonus. These historical claims (including sosushi) are where there is any chance for CLP to make real progress off the floor. The new ventures, however worthy, would make a legitimate small cap company but not with any outstanding returns going forward, alt least for a while.
Eufingest may well have been temporarily satisfied with being paid off through Infusion 2002 Ltd (where they have overall control) having their Metapak shares bought up when it changed hands to US owners. Gardin is no longer at Infusion 2002 or Metapak but it is interesting to follow the web of directors and influences through all the companies he has had a hand in. As I mentioned a few weeks ago I have met two of the directors/ceo's of two of these peripheral entities which led me to give greater credence to the potential of FG to pull this one around. However, as has been the case for years, the Italian system continues to stand in the way of fast progress and on AIM investors generally follow the quick money.
