Thank you for the FG28 report, it was appreciated. And as you have indicated, very technical.

Also some information on the FG25 solution provided by Silicon Labs to CyanConnode that may be of interest, from a Silicon Labs report. Not so sure that the date is correct on the header, though:-

Also a reminder of some information within the Zeus report, from 26th July, 2023, which commented on the Silicon Labs FG25 solution.

From the report:-

" In addition, by using the market leading SiLabs FG25 microcontroller unit (MCU ), CyanConnode's Omnimesh solution will be intricately woven with the open international standard, Wireless Smart Ubiquitous Network ( Wi-SUN ). Other types of silicon used buy some competitors lack a standards-based IPv6 adaption layer and network access security controls, making them unsuitable for Wi-SUN."

It is also mentioned within the report that Landis&Gyr used to use FG12, but have now progressed to FG25.

So CyanConnode are moving in the right direction, I feel.

It may be worth pointing out, that although CyanConnode are mentioned in the Silicon Labs report posted yesterday, dated August 29th, 2023, within the paragraph which mentions " FG28 System-on-Chip ( SoC )," it is FG25 that Silicon Labs is providing to CyanConnode, in connection with CyanConnode's Omnimesh solutions.

So there may be different grades of Silicon Labs " FG " products, for different applications.

I hadn't got that far down the Silicon Labs report, but I now see FG28 System-on-Chip reference - " ...... designed for long-range networks and protocols like Wi-SUN, Wirepas, and other proprietory protocols."

The report then goes on to mention CyanConnode and gives a brief, but significant description of CyanConnode's and Silicon Labs contribution to the India smart meter programme, over the last decade or so.

From the report:-

" CyanConnode, a global leader in the design and development of Narrowband RF mesh networks, has chosen to incorporate our technology into its products, enabling high-quality solutions for India's smart metering needs. The technology boasts a remarkable ability to function with minimal data loss over distances of up to 1.6 kilometers, both in urban and rural environments."

Good morning Vas,

Within The Meghalayan report that you kindly posted yesterday, it states that " .... the components of RDSS include - loss reduction, smart metering and enhancement of project management."

So the first component of the RDSS contract, for this particular project, has been passed, as the report confirms - " But today we have decided on a loss reduction project, because for smart metering, the tendering has not been completed yet and project management is yet to be sanctioned."

So the process is continuing, for this and other projects, as we understand it.

...... Vas, as I understand it, in answer to your question yesterday, is the initial infrastructure provision that should be built/provided before the smart meter installations can proceed. Which should see the provision of sub-stations, high voltage cabling, etc., externally, before any smart meters can/should be fitted to consumers homes/factories/etc,.

In laymans terms, always " Put the horse, before the cart " as the old saying goes, it works better that way. And reduces complications further down the line, so-to-speak.

Thank you also for the results of the Smart City Awards, in which Indore came away with the National Smart City Award.

As Ruprecht has already mentioned, a " ..... large feather ..... " in CyanConnode's cap.

And not forgetting the other two States, at least, that also picked up Awards, namely Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan, that have had a CyanConnode involvement with smart metering, that also picked up Awards.

It is encouraging to see some Smart Meter State installations, with a CyanConnode and Partner's involvement, are being recognised with such Awards.

Thank you for the Simply Wall Street report on CyanConnode. And it is also interesting that Simply Wall Street consider the CyanConnode share-price to be " ..... significantly under-valued ...... ". A point that CyanConnode senior management and some investors have been making for some time.

But plenty of room for optimism in the coming months. And then it just depends on how far your horizons want to look.

Thanks for the reminder Vas. I seem to remember reading this around the time it first came out.

And according to the Premier Miton's 5 point " Traffic Light System " CyanConnode seem to get consecutive green lights.

Also on Page 9 from what you might call the " highlights " section, there are two points out of five that are worth a mention:-

- CyanConnode has already announced some major contracts and is waiting to hear on much larger ones in coming months.

- If the company continues to run at even half its current market share, we believe it well postioned to generate abundant surplus cash.

" Gervais Williams, manager of Miton UK Microcap Ord MINI, looks for AIM shares with strong balance sheets that can keep growing their business.

" The top holdings in his investment trust fit these criteria, he says. They include CyanConnode Holdings and Shield Therapeutics STX.

" Williams says: " In the case of CyanConnode, they have established commercial traction in India after years of persistence, so in our view they are now well placed as the Indian government lets a series of substantial metering contracts."

It has taken time, in my opinion, for the Senior Management to build the foundations of the Company and to begin to get the building blocks in position for the further advancement/development of the CyanConnode.

A very significant report concerning WBSEDCL and HPL Electric & Power in particular, I feel. But not neccessarily concerning the size of the order. More what was mentioned within the report dated August 18th, 2023, that I posted earlier this evening, at 17:06.

From the report:-

" The project marks HPL Electric & Power's further inroads and broader role in India's meter market - of which the company claims a 20% market share - with its first ' advanced metering infrastructure service provider ' ( AMISP ) with responsibility for delivering other smart metering infrastructure and services, alongside its traditional role as supplire to the AMISPs.

" The achievement not only highlights our readiness for change, but also emphasises our preparedness to sieze the opportunities in India's smart metering evolution, said the company's joint MD and Chief Financial Officer, Gautam Seth, in an investor call."

A very significant statement I feel, from the joint MD and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gautam Seth, of HPL Electric & Power.
