If you refere to the RNS's dated 18th September, 2018 and 24th September, 2018 that will give you two values. The first for the main contract and the second for a 5 year Support & Maintenance contract.

But the contract was delayed for political reasons.

On 4th June, 2020, the RNS gives details on the utility - JVVNL - and the number of modules involved for the main contract.

You should roughly be able to determin some individual prices that you require for this particular contract, from the information provided. But that does not mean that all projects are the same. There will be differences to specifications/length of S&M contracts/ancillaries/etc.

If you move onto 22nd August, 2022, CyanConnode provided an RNS to say that Genus Power had placed an order for 1 million Omnimesh Modules, plus ancilliaries and including a Support and Maintenance contract.

But in this case, no value(s) were given, at this stage.

If a value is given at a later date and the format remains the same, it will be difficult for anyone, including share-holders or a competitor Company, to determin the individual costs/prices/values. And quite rightly so, in my opinion.

But if you require any further information, that you think may be available, if you think you need it, you can always ask the question, on Tuesday.

Adjusted EBITDA and net cash:-

" Adjusted EBITDA loss was £1.6m, higher than our original forecast of £0.7m, due to lower revenue and gross margin of 36% v our original 40%, due to high third-party product revenues. Net cash was £2.7m, ahead of our estimate of £2.5m, due to strong cash received from customers of approximately £10.7m, up 30% from a year ago."

Strong KPIs:-

" The company received orders for 2.3m Omnimesh modules in FY23, up from 1.3m units orders in all years prior to FY23. An order for a further 0.6m Omnimesh modules was received in Q1 FY24. Also in Q1 FY24, the company delivered 291k Omnimesh modules, compared to 391k units delivered in all of FY23. As a result, Q1 FY24 revenue is expected to be greater than £2.8m, more than double the revenue for the entire first half of FY23 ( £1.3m ). We expect revenue revenue momentum to continue to build across the remainder of FY24 ".

Steady progress is being made, I feel, as CyanConnode navigate, as Vas referred to it as, " .. another bump in the road .. " towards further installing the build-blocks of the Company.

Revenue:-

" Revenue was £11.7m, in line with the company's trading update on 5 July and below our original forecast of £12.4m. fully due to the depreciation of the US dollar and Indian Rupee ( £0.5m ) and some previously upfront revenue being recognised across the term of the contract ( £0.3m ) due to IFRS15 requirements. Between the time guidance was provided and the end of the financial year, the US dollar depreciated from 1.15 to 1.25 and the Indian Rupee depriciated from 95 to 103. The currency depreciations were particularly impactful since CyanConnode recognised a disproportionate amount of revenue in the last two months of FY23 ( £6.2m ) when the currencies were at a trough in the year. The second reason for the revenue shortfall is that a small amount of revenue from the sale of headend software, was required to be recognised over the entire contract term, since the company is being paid over that period, despite delivering the software upfront."

The currency fluctuations can sometimes work against you, in business, as well as working for you, on occasions. That's what comes of being a global company.

" Revenue grew 23% in FY23, with limited contribution from Indian RDSS contracts. Current year financial performance should more so reflect the company's strong market share in the rapidly growing market. We believe CyanConnode's strong backlog, technology advantages and track record in India should allow it to grow revenue 39% in FY24 and 111% in FY25. This strong growth is not factored into the shares' 6x FY25 EV/EBITDA mutiple, in our view."

So a positive outlook for the future, I feel, despite the " ..... bumps in the road ..... " as previously mentioned and the " ..... mixed bag .... " that I mentioned earlier today. concerning the Financials.

Operational highlights:-

- Orders for 2.3m modules won in India during the period - higher than the total number of modules won in India in the company's history prior to the current year taking the order book to 3.6m during the financial year, of which 2.3m were still to be deployed. Post period this order book has increased further to 4.2m as set out in the post period highlights below.

- Order worth USD 6.7m won from MENA for NB-IoT gateways.

- Further new order worth USD 2.5m won from MENA for Cellular gateways.

- Oversubscribed placing and subscriptions completed raising, in aggregate, £5.8m before expences.

- 391,000 Omnimesh Radio Frequency ( RF ) Modules shipped against current contracts during the period ( FY22: 612,000 ) along with 46,000 NB-IoT gateways and 63,000 Cellular gateways.

- Strategic Framework Agreement signed to deliver 3m units.

So some positives going forward within the Operational Highlights, especially with the progress being made in India.

Financial highlights:-

- Increase of 23% in revenue to £11.7m in FY23 from £9.6m in FY22, the highest annual revenue for the Group to date after four consecutive years of growth.

- Reduction in gross profit to £4.2m in FY23 ( FY22: £5.0m ) as a result of lower margin sales of third-party products.

- Increase in operating loss to £3.3m in FY23 ( FY22: £1.0m ) as a result of lower gross margin, higher operating costs and a £1.0m impairment of intangible assets.

- Increase in EBITDA loss to £2.9m in FY23 ( FY22: £0.4m loss )

- Reduction in adjusted EBITDA to loss of £1.6m in FY23 ( FY22: £0.06m profit )

- Increase in cash position to £4.1m in FY23 ( FY22: £2.4m )

- Increase in cash collected from customers to £10.7m in FY23 ( FY22: £8.2m )

A mixed bag I feel, concerning the Financials, with some positives with the increase in revenue, cash position and cash collection and also some downward adjustments to gross profit through the lower margin sales of third-party products.

Good afternoon all.

Personally, I have been encouraged by the numerical increase in the number of modules ordered, that CyanConnode has been receiving since August 2022, with 2 orders for circa 1 million mudules each, one order for 600,000 mudules and various Partnerships/Collaborations/MoU and Strategic Framework Agreements, which should form a continued pathway to future growth.

There were also some significant orders during 2020 that signalled an uplift in the order quantity that was being awarded to CyanConnode.

So I personally am not waiting for any starting pistol to signify the start of the process. As far as I am concerned, we are already off and running.

But it is quite possible that some may have missed it.

What was it that Lindford Christie used to say, when he was waitng to start his 100 meters sprints, " You go on the " B " of the bang." What a great athlete.

The Annual Results for last year, were published on August 23rd, 2022, this year they will be published on July 26th, 2023, earlier than last year.

The Trading Update last year was published on July 18th, 2022, this year it was published on July 6th, 2023, also earlier than last year.

It will be interesting to see if there will be any other significant news, during August, or on the run-up to the end of the year, from CyanConnode's global opportunities.

I think this particular tender award has been given some column inches since it was made public, I think, on July 14th, 2023. Quite righly, with the size of the project.

But it will no doubt be good news for some companies, at some time in the future. But thank you for the review of the GMR Group tender award, anyway.

A modest, upbeat accessment of the share trades over the last couple of days, from multibagger on ADVFN, with Mr. & Mrs. " Unknown " taking part in some reasonable transactions.

From the multibagger quote, this morning:-

I might add, that the holiday season is slowly gathering pace, which may have an effect on peoples trading patterns and maybe even there posting patterns also. Who knows.

I tried to reply to your earlier post, but for some reason was not able to.

So here goes again. As you mentioned Zeus in your earlier post, do you mean " Gross Profit " or " Gross Margin?" As they are both mentioned in all Zeus reports during 2023. But not " Gross Profit Margin."

Personally, I prefere to wait for the Finals Report from CyanConnode, which as we know, should be out during August 2023.

They are the figures that really matter.

I seem to remember, and I am digging deep into my memory-box here, that POSOCO/PGCIL were involved in a meeting some years ago, in this country, may have been in London, in which I seem to remember CyanConnode having an involvement at some stage.

If it was at Ministerial level, then it may have been one of the early contributing building blocks that has formed the potential for a UK/India Trade initiative, that seems to be progressing steadily.
