One way or another and for whatever reason, so far it seems as though the " cleaners " have been in today, hoovering up any shares that are available.

If there had been a " leak " as you put it and it was a positive " leak," I doubt there would be anyone selling. But as we stand at the moment, it is 6 to 1 in favour of " Buys."

Where do these " Unknown " trades come from. The ones today look as though they could be priced up as " Buys."

But the " 101 " Sell trade at 09:20:19 seems to have triggered a certain ammount of interest.

Anyway, let's see where we end up at the end of the session.

But I may have asked a question that you have not asked. But 2/3 years ago, I cannot remember exactly when, I seem to remember a Partner of CyanConnodes ( maybe even Cyans' ) had received their contract order, 6/12 months before CyanConnode/Cyan share-holders were informed of our involvement. Through having final contract negotiations.

So there is nothing new here.

....... during a previous discussion some time ago, about the process, apparently once a meter manufacturer/system integrator or whoever has been nominated as the winner of a specific contract, there is then usually a period of negotiation between the overall winner of the contract and the, shall we say, secondary winners, on the contractural terms to be worked to following the contract award.

So as I understand it, there is no set time-scale for public announcement of secondary winners, once a contract has been awarded.

The progress of the India Smart Grid Pilots, is not featured in this months ISGF Bulletin, so they may have served their purpose.

Also there are no " Tender details " or " Expected Tenders " in this months edition. So it remains to be seen if they will continue in the New Year with this information, or as far as tenders are concerned, that we have to pick up information through other media outlets.

But as always, some interesting information in the Bulletin, for anyone that is interested.

Todays RNS, aligning all the Groups companies so that they all come under the same reporting criteria, if I am reading this correctly, seems like a good idea to me.

As they are effectively moving the end of year reporting date back 3 months, they may also move the Trading Updates back 3 months also. Whether they will do that for this potential January update, remains to be seen. I would imagine that the AGM will also move back potentially 3 months, from June to September-ish.

The appointment of RSM Audit UK LLP " ...... is subject to approval of the Company's share-holders, at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in 2020." We will have to see when the first AGM is called, under this new structure.

The LSE website went down just after 11:00am today, so I contacted them and they said they were in the process of fixing it. I also had to go out, but I see that the posts resumed at 14:30. Which also probably explaines why the trades have been deleted between 31st October and today.

It is a good decision by EESL, to carry out " ..... pilots for understanding the practical experience of different technololgies ...... " And the inclusion and recognition of RF, along with GPRS, LTE, NB-IoT, to " ..... support in making informed technology chouces " is a step forward, in my opinion.

Technology and choice has progressed since the implementation of the multi million electric meter tenders were started. And recently, as we know, EESL has included IntelliSmart and the National Investment and Infrastructure ( NIIF ) to assist with the fast-tracking of the smart meter roll-out in India.

So I see this as a positive move. And there are already completed RF projects, in particular, that can be viewed and analysed, as a reference.

I remember posting a report on EESL during the Summer, about EESL having issued an Expression of Interest, for Strategic Partners, in Thailand.

It was therefore interesting to see that CyanConnode have recently participated in the EESL/IntelliSmart/National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF ) event, when CyanConnode were invited to be part of the discussions, on the fast-tracking of the smart meter roll-out, in India.

Whether that will therefore move from interesting to significant, remains to be seen.

A good find, so thank you for the information.

On looking at the pdf document, the Bid Submission End Date, is as you say, tomorrow. With the Bid Opening Date scheduled for 30th November, 2019. There may not be an instant decision on the overall outcome of the tender. Discussions will have to be had, between various contractors. So I do not think we will probably know the outcome of this tender, until maybe the New Year, 2020.

But time will tell.

....... to pick up your point on Sunday Vas, is, I believe, deployed to assist in the growth of technology services, in many countries. I suspect in Iran, it is no different.

In Andre Pradesh, India, for instance, the state government has been installing fibre-optic cable for nearly 2 years now, " ..... to provide residents with smart city services." Also " The fibre grid will provide smart grid internet, T.V. and telephone services, to approximately 100,000 house-holds in 55 villages."

Anil Daulani highlighted about infrastructure upgrade earlier in the year, when he wrote:- " Utilities awareness and involvement in selecting a technology that includes meters, with a service life of 10 to 12 years, means that the longevity, deployment and roll-out strategy is vital. Other important areas to consider when implementing AMI, is the vast amounts of data from smart meters, which is approximately 200 times more than legacy meters, are important areas to bring attention. My view is the implementation/provision of fibre-optic cable, should be seen as an important and neccessary transition towards a more comprehensive AMI roll-out, in one respect, while also providing other smart grid/smart city services.

....... Vas, was indeed a contract awarded to CyanConnode during May 2018, by Larsen&Toubro, valued at $3.2 million. I do not believe we have heard anything about the contract being " ....... delayed in negotiation."

If it is the CyanConnode/L&T initial contract, that has been installed and analysed, over the last 18 months, it would seem that MPWZ " .... is soon to seek the State governments approval on the proposal for implementing the new system ....... "

You are welcome. But this information has been available since July 2019. It was information given by CyanConnode/Anil, during the Investor Conference Call in July and originally posted by me, just after.

We are, where we are, as far as the share price is concerned, mainly due to the delay in contract news due to the Indian elections and the sentiment and uncertainty that the delay in the announcement of potential contract awards, has generated.

But the Company must still be getting in enough cash, from various/other ongoing contracts, for the Company to indicate, that " The Directors are satisfied that the Company has sufficient cash resources to execute on its strategy." So we will have to see what the end of the year figure ends up as, eventually.

Contracts signed before October 31st, 2019, would have been great for the Group and share-holders. But it would seem, that the Company envisaged enough cash generation through 2019 from existing contracts. But I suspect they will not receive totally, what they had thought, partly because of the Indian elections.
