As far as funding is concerned, we have had predictions periodically on this bb, since about March 2019, about an impending " placing," but as yet it has not happened. And here we are in January 2020. So the LOC route, seems one of the available options the Company has been persuing.

Your " $25 " figure was about what I had " guesstimated " at and agree with your appreciation that margins will be reduced, over a period of time, as numbers increase. But revenue also increases.

If you look back on the Mysore project, which was also a success in the evolution of Cyan/CyanConnode, Mysore was an IPv4 project, from what I remember. This situation is changing and momentum is gathering, with the Omnimesh development, including the Hybrid RF/Cellular solution. The CyanConnode solutions are being noticed, I feel, as you and others appreciate also, on a global scale.

But the Indore installation does seem like the IPv6 project breakthrough, that we have been looking forward too.

Genus Power were a Partner of Cyan some years ago, then Partnered with a Canadian Powerline Communications Company, I seem to remember, which I believe did not work out for them. At least as far as India is concerned. So they Partnered again, with CyanConnode.

We understand that there are a number of tenders entering the final stages of discussion, over the next few month's. Not least as the Indian Government have more recently repeated the " 250,000,000 " figure for installation, over a three year period. Although Anil thinks it will be more like 5 years ( Ish.) But time will tell.

Just replying to your post of 13:37 today. Thank you for the clarification on the reply from John Cronin, on the number of smart meter connections required for CyanConnode to get to profitability. It was appreciated.

Just out of interest, 500k units, at speculatively say £20:00 each = £10,000,000. Is that where the confusion has arisen? The number of units required, with the amount of revenue required?

When I e/mailed a question to the Company, some time ago, that was causing a problem for some on the bb, I was called a liar about receiving an e/mail reply from the Company to the question I asked, because the answer was not what some were saying on the bb.

And let's not forget the £400k negotiated by the CyanConnode Team, as an " ..... up-front payment ..... " for the Thailand contract, received on 30th December, 2019.

So we are hopefully seeing a pattern developing here, that could/should see the Company through the initial stages of these potential, global contracts.

And as you have indicated, Imperial, the backing from a Partner which provides for a Letter of Credit ( LOC ) is most helpful, to both Genus and CyanConnode.

I think there is an " ..... undisclosed pipeline ...... " as you put it, for a reason. To protect the various third party companies, until final contract details are agreed. After which a final disclosure can be made.

Personally, I think that is the way it should be.

I do remember the graph that CB is talking about, but the detail or the analysis of the actual projection, I cannot recall. But it does go back sometime. And your Rising Star clip, CB, is dated April 2017. Which was pre Beijing Instruments, dated December 2018.

I might suggest that the business model mix would have changed recently, for meter manufacturers/utilities and CyanConnode, with this possible introduction of providing licences for other companies to produce CyanConnode solutions, which was not available to CyanConnode in 2017.

But I do remember the graph that CB has mentioned, being probably earlier than that. It was definitely when Simon Smith was involved.

I also notice that the CyanConnode Omnimesh solution has been intigrated into a 442MHz/447MHz bandwidth, which I do not recall being used/mentioned before.

I new that there was a range of bandwidths that could be used, but this is the first time I believe it has been mentioned.

I believe the original question from Vas, was about " gross income " by the end of March 2020, from orders received during January 2020. I have stated what I think. I will leave you to assume what you will assume.

The last paragraph of my 19:11 post to tonyj, should clarify where the possibilty of the " Jan, Feb etc ...... " revenues will come from.

Essentially, the first revenues that should hit the CyanConnode bank account, January 2020 to March 2020, should be from orders delayed because of the election, through 2019 and for whatever reason not implemented, as was originally anticipated by CyanConnode, due to the elections in India. Not from orders received from January 2020 onwards.

So we will have to wait for further information from CyanConnode, on the actual revenue numbers and for further contract news.

Do you mean " deep " or detailed. It is the way I have understood contracts/orders to develope from information that is freely available and researchable. I understand that someone has put forward an end of year estimate, of £2.3m, which has yet to be confirmed. Which from memory is about a third of what was expected.

So any delay in the signing of contracts, through 2019, or the implementing fully of any existing contracts, would have had a knock-on effect, on the 2 third's outstanding, expected revenue.

So, I agree with the possibility " ..... that delay shunts back into Jan, Feb etc ...... " Possibly. I say that because we will not know, until the figures are released.

Don't let my opinion, let you think it effectively turns you into a thought reader, of me or anyone else. Life isn't like that.

But your opinion on CyanConnodes products, are very clear:- " Omni will be obsolete very soon and the next demands will be being drawn up now."

From the 16th December, 2019, RNS:- " The Company's Omnimesh technology will provide a network canopy, enabling hybrid RF smart mesh and cellular communications platform, that is scalable to 200,000 smart meters."

So not so " obsolete " after all.

As you have commented before, " We will always have polar views, LTI. " By that, I take it you mean opposite.

To answer your Saturday - 11:42 question, specifically, dependant on how any orders, if/when they are received, are structured, I personally, cannot see any revenue or at least very little, coming in from January 2020 orders, by the end of March 2020. Most if not all contractural discussions will be finalised by the time CyanConnode share-holders receive the news of any order.

Then you have the implementation period, whereas the meter manufacturer will take delivery of the CyanConnode solution, for installation ( But they may already have some instock.) And from then you would have an invoice period, 30/45/60 days to pay. Whatever that might be. And at what stage, it has been agreed, that payment should be made. CyanConnode solution to the manufacturer or on installation.

Any licence orders should/could be viewed differently, from who-ever/where-ever they come from, because I believe the revenue from licence orders, may be able to be recognised quicker, once the initial agreement has been finalised.

Again, it will be negotiated during the licence contract agreement, at what stage payment is made. But as there is no manufacture process, as such, required from CyanConnode, it should be a quicker process.

You could also use this answer, as an answer to your Saturday - 12:35 question.
