In response to your 10:45 post, I would agree that £25m/£30m for me, is far to low. Taking into account the overall potential of the Company. As you have indicated, over the next 3-5 year time-frame.

That is only my opinion, of course.

I suppose it is down to each individual investor, " ...... to DYOR ......," as we keep being reminded. But different individual investors/potential investors, seem to come up with a different conclusion to the one that you/tonyj/I and others, seem to have arrived at.

It's back again. It seems the LSE computer algorithm cannot make up its mind whether to recognize the trade or not. A good job they do not use the same computer system to monitor and deploy our nuclear weapons ( hopefully ) or we would be in a state.

I agree, these numbers are really impressive. And should certainly concentrate the minds and conversation, as I think you indicate, on those that attend the Elecrama Conference.

Some pieces of the smart meter/smart grid Indian " jigsaw puzzle " have slowly been positioned over the last few months and possibly, the last couple of years behind the scenes. So it will be interesting to see how this progresses.

But it may be the anticipation of an RNS, that has spooked the market. But there were some tasty trades during the afternoon and approximately 5 to 1 in favour of Buys.

So we may have an interesting start to the trading day tomorrow.

It does seem like a possible reaction to the Budget Package report that Imperial has posted. We will have to wait and see how the market opens tomorrow. The share-price certainly gained some bounce, after the announcement was published.

Do you think that the February 1st, 2020, Union Budget Day, may turn out more than just a " ...... may be announced ..... " day. As you indicate, it would definitely be an excelleration in funding, to what we have been used to being pledged in the past.

There may be times when the results of your research are/may be questioned. But as long as you as an individual investor, are confident with your investment, whether it be a short/medium/long-term investment, then that is your choice.

Personally, I do not think the TNEB past situation will ever be explained properly or fully. But you are entitled to your opinions. As am I.

How times have changed though. I seem to remember when we received the Iranian smart meter order from Micromodje, during April 2016, you were very complemetary about me, for sticking with Cyan(Connode) and were less than complementary about others on the bb, who had been more critical of Cyan(Connode.)

But times have obviously changed, which sadly has been the case for some time.

But it was good to read in the ISGF Bulletin, as you have mentioned them, that the TNEB have floated a smart meter tender, with a value of approximately £13m. So it has taken about 6 years to recover. At least now lets hope that all the relevant infrastructure is in place.

I agree Imperial. In cold storage. Not cancelled.

The fact that the Bangaladesh and Ukraine orders have undoubtably been delayed, for whatever reason and were probably of the old Optimal range of solution anyway, I would say that the contract was due for renegotiation anyway, for the new updated Omnimesh solution specification, if/when it should proceed.

But the fact that CyanConnode are " ....... still in dialogue with NIK LLC regarding the roll-out of these orders ...... " and goes on to say that the CyanConnode Board, " ..... does not believe revenue will be received from those orders in the near-term," shows at least to me, that the dialogue between NIK and CyanConnode, is still intacked. And that it was prudent to take both orders off the books.

The regional complexities of carrying out these contracts, should not be underestimated.

There was a statement by the Company in their Trading and Business Update report, dated 31st October, 2019, that covered the Bangladesh and Ukraine contracts.

From the report:-

" CyanConnode has carried out a review of its order book. In 2017, orders worth $48 million received from NIK LLC, were announced, for territories including Bangladesh and Ukraine, with deployments expected to be over a three-year period. Whilst the Company is still in dialogue with NIK LCC, regarding roll-out of these orders, the Board does not believe revenue will be received from these orders, in the near-term. The Company's current order book, ( excluding the NIK LLC contracts ) is now £40 million."

So no mention by the Company, of the NIK orders being cancelled.

As the Bangladesh and Ukraine orders, were pre Omnimesh, probably the old Optimal range and as it would seem, they have been delayed, as the " ..... Company is still in dialogue with NIK LLC regarding the roll-out of these orders ...... " it may be a bit premature to say that they have been " cancelled," as you put it.

Good morning all,

From the recent contracts awarded to CyanConnnode in India and Thailand and the inclusion of Letter of Credit for the Indian contract and an up-front payment of around 25% provided for the Thailand contract, this to me, is a sign of the confidence in the Company, as a whole. Including management and product.

I think this is also a signal of recognition, in CyanConnode, for the way they have negotiated their way through the last 12 months or so, concerning cost savings, to get to this point.

How long these " special terms " will last, is unclear. But I think it is significant and encouraging, that the alternatives to a Placing are being considered and implemented.

That is one of the many challenges, especially with the Indian economy. Finding the balance to keep the majority of people/consumers on your side and happy.

We know that some consumers would be happy with a light bulb. That for them would be progress. The first rung of the ladder to greater prosperity.

Getting the balance is the key.
