As I have always understood it, you do not need to notify a/the Company, unless you breach the 3% threshold. You notify the Company when you reach 3% and there-after on a sliding scale of 1%. The same applies on the way down, to a level of 3%.

The notification is by TR1 notifications.

So this may be an existing sub 3% share-holder, who has increased their share-holding to above the 3% threshold.

On reading and looking at the original post you have quoted from, it may have been left in any readers mind that I had said:- " We have just closed on a new and powerful consortium in Thailand, packed with influential partners." But I did not actually say that.

I was quoting from a report that was posted by another bb member, on an interesting part within the report that they had posted, which was made by someone else.

CyanConnode have since received two orders from JST in Thailand and the project has been reported on through the Company RNS's and other literature and also in a CyanConnode Presentation recently.

There was an update given within the recent " Encouraging signs of growth " presentation, on the progress of the Thailand contract(s) released through LSE by CyanConnode - from 6:34 to 7:56.

Sorry, but I wasn't invested in Cyan(Connode) at " .... 4p in old money, i.e. 800p in today's money." You must have been listening to someone else, at that time.

I did not realize that you had been invested that much earlier than me.

....... the CyanConnode share price has, so far, seemed to have spent more time above 4.0p than it has below 4.0p. As I have indicated, " .... so far..... " And as I have also mentioned before, if you took the opportunity to invest from early April 2020 to early June 2020, below the 2.0p mark and have kept that investment, then you can have a big smile on your face.

But there should still be other opportunities to invest in CyanConnode going forward, for some time yet.

In my opinion, of course.

Just picked up on the Cyan Media Presentation website and the CyanConnode, Half Year Results. It is good to see that it is up and running again, after a long absence.

The relevant questions were, I feel, answered and well presented by both John and Heather, with the modules shipped information presented and explained, by Heather, along with other relevant information.

John talked about the recent order progress in India, along with the recent India Senior Management Team changes, along with some detail on the recent progress that has been made with the Thailand contract.

The new, India Senior Management Team is covered in more detail in the Interim Results/September 2020 report, along with other details that may be of interest.

This maybe a more direct link ( I think ) to the Directors Remuneration Report that you mentioned earlier, tonyj.

The report does make interesting reading, by comparisons. It shows that both John Cronin and Heather are on a salary that is considered lower than what is the " median amount " for the job title/category they hold. But not exactly in John's case, who is Executive Chairman, not CEO.

And also taking into account that Heather is the Company Secretary, as well as the CFO.

All in my opinion, of course.
