The " .... joyous reaction ..... " at least on my part, is that there has been another opportunity for share-holders to take some profits, rather than looking at it as a " Stock dump .... " as you suggested earlier.

That is something you can only surmise it.

After an approximate 42% rise in the CyanConnode share price, since Monday, April 5th, 2021, who would have thought that some investors would be taking profits.

What will they think of next?

If it is a requirement, then I have not read it in any document or report. But the situation in India specifically and the possibility of more RF contracts to tender for there, as I have mentioned before, is very encouraging.

But if RF does get mentioned as a proportion of an EESL tender, which may happen at some time, then that will be a different situation all together.

And lets not forget the involvement of IntelliSmart and the NIIF, as well as EESL. These three companies are now involved at the very heart of the India Smart Meter/Smart Grid development program.

If you are talking about India specific, I am not aware at the moment, that EESL have changed their position officially, to include RF. Until the announcement on 12th April, 2021, about the Partnership between EESL and CyanConnode, in connection with the Middle East and Africa, I believe this could be their first RF collaboration. But I do not know for sure.

The RF installations in India, that Cyan/CyanConnode have been involved with over the years, have I believe, been outside EESL's remit. Again, to my knowledge.

Whether that will change in the future, remains to be seen.

But there does seem to be more RF projects becoming available, especially in India, going forward. Hence the further expansion of personnel, in India. In my opinion.

But it does look encouraging.

But it looks like the position of Supply Chain Operations Executive, entails some overseas and internal travel, when the situation changes, concerning Covid-19, with visits to the UK and China, as well as travel throughout India, to visit the Contact Equipment Manufacturers, at home ( India ) and abroad.

But it does seem as though CyanConnode are planning to expand their existing Supply Chain department/capabilities, from what the Company has built up over the years.

Lets hope so.

I seem to remember us having this conversation before. Smart lighting can consist of two main components. The replacement of the normal street light bulbs, with LED street light bulbs and the provision of an intelligent lighting controller. They do not have to provided at the same time. Usually the LED lighting is provided first, in some cases, to reduce the power usage for the utility and when the utility can afford it, they provide the intelligent lighting controller.

EESL have provided LED street lighting to India and other global markets. As we know.

It would seem, according to the RNS this morning, that CyanConnode have " ..... been engaged by EESL Energy Solutions LLC, Dubai, ( EESL ) as technology partner in the Middle East and Africa, for smart metering and smart lighting projects."

As far as your comment " Why copy and paste all day different parts of an RNS that everyone has read?" I might ask you a similar question. You posted several different posts today, relating to RNS's that came out years ago, some going back to 2014.

So I think a recap on an RNS that came out earlier today, with some added information, may be a bit more relevant.

But that's only my opinion.

This project may still have a long way to go. But who knows? So no timelines for the next piece of news, on the progress of the project with EESL. But the first steps have been taken.

So smart lighting as well as smart metering.

I find it both encouraging and significant.

Encouraging, in that EESL has " .... selected CyanConnode as Technology Partner to leverage its market-leading RF Mesh Technology."

And significant, I seem to remember an old Chinese proverb, that goes something like:- " Even the journey of a thousand miles, begins with a single step."

That step has been taken on this particular project. And CyanConnode has been chosen as Technology Partner.

If there is any more news to come from CyanConnode, on any other project/market that you asked about, or others, I am sure that CyanConnode will inform all share-holders when they have any news.

So, I still find it encouraging and significant.

......... Twitter page, published by the UK Investor Magazine, mentions the Trading Update and has a section dedicated to cash.

From the report:-

" CyanConnode will lose money in 2020-21 and even on forecast 2021-22 revenues of £8.8m it is still expected to report a small pre-tax loss. Expenses have been slashed in recent years and there should not be a significant increase this year.

" Advanced payments are helping to fund the growth in demand. There will be continued cash inflows from R&D tax credits that will offset the loss.

" Management says that there is £1.5m in the bank but that is not a net cash figure. Arden expected a small net cash figure for March 2021, rising to £500,000 next March.

" This shows how well CyanConnode has managed its cash resources at a time of rapid growth. Fears of further fundraisings have haunted the company over the years and held back the share price. This financial position does not mean that there will not be a cash call in the future, if it is required to fund growth, but it does mean that the cash will not be needed for the company to survive as it was in the past.

" Trading has been better than expected and there is potential for upgrades. The momentum at the end of March should continue into the new financial year.

" The share price jumped 14% to 7.6, although it is still below the high for the year. If the momentum of the business continues, there should be further upside."

So we will have to see, if there is any cash call in the future, how it will be structured. A cash call for growth, is very different to a cash call for survival.
