No problem, it is appreciated. But I can go with what you have provided, as it tallies with the jist of the conversations on ADVFN, yesterday.

And in reply to your 09:10 post today, I understand where you are coming from.

But the interesting information that is in the tender documents you have provided, is what is not in the tender documents. Not all the relevant information, that is in the public domain, is available/provided with every tender. There are always some pieces of the puzzle missing.

Which will always happen.

Thank you for the explanation, which would explain the mis-interpretation. But how do we access the " ..... image of three separate tender alerts." I cannot see it on my ADVFN screen, of the multibagger post at 08:12.

It would seem that the £67m/£74m got mixed up in the Assam conversation, by me. But thank you for explaining the process, but some further information on the access to the " image * would be appreciated.

Let us look at the 08:12 post from multibagger this morning.

From the post:-

" This tender alert dropped in last night - still showing Assam 620k meter order .... so the 100k initial order could be to get started, but at the same time to buy time to sort out the back office."

So to my mind this post refers to Assam, because it says so. If I have misinterpreted something concerning the " £67m/£74m, can you point me in the right direction.

Very significant news indeed, in our and many peoples opinion.

According to some interested parties on ADVFN, that I noticed earlier today, they have calculated that the total contract for Assam, could be between £67m and £74m.

Thanks to skinny and multibagger on ADVFN.

Which makes you wonder, as CyanConnodes first order for IntelliSmart, has taken 6 months to work its way through the IntelliSmart system, which is not unusual, are there any more orders relating to IntelliSmart/Assam, different regions in Assam, or IntelliSmart specific, ( other states ) that may be still working there way through the IntelliSmart system, that may be relevant to CyanConnode?

An interesting few months ahead, news wise, I feel.

Just some highlights from the CyanConnode RNS, that I thought were of particular interest, coupled with the CyanConnode map, on twitter showing the states where CyanConnode are active and some information on when the original tender was awarded to IntelliSmart.

But as we know, the full CyanConnode RNS, can be fouind on the CyanConnode website, if required.

But overall, it was a very positive announcement today. And as Mr Anil Rawal from IntelliSmart commented - " We are pleased to be partnering with CyanConnode on this project, which triggers the silent but steady digital revolution through smart pre-paid metering through scalable and versatile large-scale AMI projects not only in Assam, but across the country."

And Assam is now another Indian state, where CyanConnode has deployed its RF technology.

The Assam smart meter tender, was initially won by IntelliSmart, during November 2021. So it has taken about 6 months to get to the " order stage " for successful sub-contractors.

" Under the purchase order, CyanConnode will supply 100,000 Omnimesh Modules together with advanced metering infrastructure, standards-based hardware , services, Omnimesh headend software, perpetual licence and an annual maintenance contract."

Excellent news from CyanConnode confirming a first new order from IntelliSmart, from a new territory in Assam, for CyanConnode, I believe.

The " Current Status of Smart Metering in India " page, in the " Indian Smart Metering Market Landscapes and Opportunities " webnar report, illustrates from the beginning of the " Smart Grid Pilots Projects by NSGM " through to the " Smart Metering National Programme ( SMNP ) by EESL.

On the previous page it confirms when EESL started their large-scale deployments, which was 2017, which I mentioed on Friday.

There are also some figures on page 9, which illustrates the number of sanctioned smart meters so far, for India, that being 11.25 million smart meters and the number of installed smart meters, that being 4.0 million.

During November 2021, CyanConnode confirmed that they had 1 million nodes dispached. During April 2022, Anil Daulani confirmed that " Over 8.25 Lacs Smart Meters ( ~ 21% of the total installed base ) are successfully working on @CyanConnode RF mesh networks, making it the largest and most experienced RF player, in India."

This circa ( ~21% of the total installed base ) is substantially more than some were predicting for CyanConnode, in India. And concidering that 10/15 years ago, there was little or no successful RF market for smart meters in India.

How much progress CyanConnode has actually made and is making, we have yet to find out.

Looking at the Smart Metering in India presentation document, the history and progression of the India smart meter programme, is laid out. With a potential completion date during 2025.

It is also clear that the original smart meter tender awards of 5m/10m smart meters, some years ago, that were either scaled back or cancelled, have been replaced by multiple smaller tenders of 1/2 million meters each, initially, making it in my opinion, easier to control and implement.

Which the original 5m/10m meter tenders, for different reasons, were not.

Whether this number ( 1/2 million ) per tender will increase, as confidence is gained with the programme, we will have to wait and see.

Also, the total individual contract period is 10 years - 2.5 years for implementation and 7.5 years for the Operation and Maintenance contracts. So Companies that are involved in the implementation of these contracts, can see a period of revenue growth for their company, as the contract(s) roll out.

6 of the 8 states/areas, namely Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra, are states that appear in the CyanConnode tweet I posted yesterday, dated 25th November, 2021, confirming that " @CyanConnode is currently delivering AMI communication solutions to 8 states in India and has already dispatched #1Million RFnodes making it the largest & most reliable Smart Meter IoT Communications player in the country."

I agree. These are a couple of comprehensive/detailed documents, concerning the planned smart meter roll-out, which details the proceedures and proposed time-scales involved.

Multibagger also points to page 70 within the Standard Bidding Document, which details the preferred solutions, these being " ....... RF/RF mesh networks/PLCC/cellular network or a combination of these."

So, I feel there are a lot of positives for RF Mesh and IPv6 6LoWPAN, within the report.
