I’ve checked all the company reports, websites etc and can’t see a mention of his shareholding. There are no RNS director dealings for him at all

Leew I have searched the web, there is no record of Galvins buys, unless he bought them before he joined GST in 2022. But even if that was the case there is no mention of his shareholding since then!

Galvin bai has almost 30million shares in company 2025 report but shows no shares in any other report or on director dealings??

Only this stock will you see millions bought and bid and ask not move, if it was the other way round we would be down 10%

We will see notice of agm in the next week weeks and I’m expecting that they are going to want to issue some really good news prior to that. I’m hoping for MICA to come through soon as going by timelines that I’ve seen that could be anytime now.

If I were the BOD I would get the FCA emi license and MICA license before considering any buyout. That will dramatically increase what the business is worth.

People may remember the leaked website for Angra fx from last year which was a copy of Angra global. I think this is what they want the EMI license for, so are they starting progressing their stablecoin plans again? Could be some really interesting developments soon. With just over an hour of trading left and the current order book and the last couple of hours worth of volume looks like 0.90 could be finish. I think artful is going to be incorrect on a 0.75 finish.

I think it will take a few days maybe more to clear the traders who got in before the suspension. There were an incredible number of buys then and I imagine these people will be selling gradually. I’m hoping for further news in the next couple of weeks as the report should have been released end of July so was probably ready then. Which means we have had some time of no news essentially, but we will certainly finish well today and clearly a lot of market confidence based on buys to sells!

Apologise it’s cake Pte Ltd

I roughly two weeks time you will be able to buy bake Pte Ltd accounts from ARCA when Julian hosp uploads them. I for one will be buying them straight away. He extended the time to post them by two months to the end of September. We will be able to get a pretty good idea of what it was doing up until we bought it.

I’m hoping to hear something soon. I’m assuming that the report was completed for release end of July so there has been 6 weeks since then of further perhaps more if the report was ready well before the end of July.

People should read the actual report, there is some incredible info on here about new partnerships and shows how busy they are.

An emi is a big step
