Postponing accounts won’t change the results for year ending 2025 as the monies will be recovered after that date. If they were saying ‘we don’t know how much profit’ or suggestion of such, I might agree with you slightly.

Ian I think the arbitration was the bad news that was going to be In it. Perhaps you’re right there may be more but I’m expecting the good to far outweigh any bad. I honestly am finding it difficult to believe the focus there is on this arbitration and the lost news of the incredible cash position of the company after buying bake/intergration and down payment of ipo.

AHS if they hadn’t released their cash position I might share a similar worry. But they have even in light of this arbitration, and haven’t yet come back to market saying their cash position is incorrect which they would have known at the time of the release of the arbitration. Therefore there is nothing to suggest a results delay as they have had plenty of time to go back to market.

Aim if I’m honest I would want as little bad information in a final results RNS as possible. Full results are not just read by current investors but also HNWI and institutional investors, you don’t want an arbitration section in there. I’m glad they got rid of that last week so the final results can be as untainted as possible. People are mostly known to fixate on issues hence the focus on what is this arbitration, which in the legal world is a nothing

Results for year end 2023 were released on 31st of July 2023. There’s still 3 days left, I’m not sure why people are worried at this point, they have sad by end of July and until that time I and everyone else should assume that that’s the date unless they say otherwise, which they haven’t!
