The cash also says a lot about the revenue growth as well, the anticipation for results will only grow now.

Results and going to be incredible based on this, to have all that money after the bake purchase. No one they didn’t need to do as large discount on placing this time

Remember they bought bake and still had 4.2million after. They are making good money, that’s the key

A company also raise into a liquidity event, it may be that the BOD see a likely high liquidity event leading up to the results and so did a raise at only 15% discount as they knew they would be able to clear the shares during this time. I believe the opposite but don’t also deny your possibility. I believe everything we want will be covered in results and the business want to see a clear path for the SP after them. I’d rather they raised now than dampened what I believe will be an expectional update, after last results the SP rose to over 3p shortly after and I don’t want a raise to reduce that likely hood this time round.

Don’t get me wrong, I’d rather there wasn’t a raise but I for one am happy it’s now and not after, but again don’t deny your view is a possibility also. It’s the risk we take at this point and with the bods recent purchase and average holdings value I can’t understand why they would dilute now and then release bad results if I’m honest.

It’s good to remember we still have bake to add to whatever semnet brings and Angra/Angra global/gs20. Bake did 30million end of 2023 in revenue and made 1.355million in gross profit. Let’s assume maybe 2024 was bad and it did 15million revenue? We have to remember crypto really took off when we acquired bake in early jan so if they are including 3 months of revenue especially when the bake business was being turned around. I think we will continue to see multiple fold increases mentioned in full year results

Let’s put it this way, the company haven’t put an RNS out saying they have lost that contract or that it has been significantly reduced. So therefore I’m expecting very good results

They are going to release to market in a few weeks semnets figures. They have stated what they believe the business to be worth (over 50million) so I’m expecting them to show this in the full year results. They know the market is expecting this and I believe we will see the fruits of the 36million contract mentioned last year. Probably why tone goh put some more money in. We became offical owners of bake beginning of January so could also see something from that as I was told both gs20 and bake were still producing revenue during the 3 month integration period. There is almost no doubt in my mind we will have progressed massively from previous results. Tone has given us enough signal in my opinion.

Please note the first like from Scandinavian alliance, if they are using them then it’s nice to know they are promoting the business in other countries which people thought they weren’t. Can’t say for sure though

I’d like to weigh in here after not post much. On my own personal expectations.

The main thing we perhaps haven’t considered for a while is the 36m semnet contract announced last year. We didn’t see the fruits of that in the last accounts. They haven’t sent an RNS to say this has been lost so my expectation is that we will start seeing a lot of this revenue start to show some fruits. I believe this contract is partly what values semnet at what the BOD believe it should be worth.

It may even be why tone goh threw some money in for, I think we will be plesantly surprised, personally.

I am still here, nothing has changed for me still.

Apologies for not posting much, I mentioned previously that I spent too much time on my phone and computer on these boards and various things. I’ve been spending more time with the people I care about and what a difference it has made to my life. I’m more present with my family, friends, more organised and my mind is a lot more peaceful.

I share all the same convictions here, I just don’t spend much time at all not just on this board by on my phone in general. It’s just luck I happened to look in here and see my name mentioned, haven’t checked in for a week!
