Could be right on all fronts AHS, we had to get the cash quickly pushing druces to work day and night so I’m expecting news next week! How exciting

What we do know is that each business acquired has a synergy to another, so what ever it is I’m looking forward to seeing how it advances the business. Could be new licenses, blockchain advancements on gs fintech Pte as those have been down for months now and Tim did tell me they would getting planned upgrades and enhancements. All very exciting

The funds raised from the Placing and the Retail Offer will be principally used to accelerate the implementation of the Group's GS Money strategy, including the advancement of the recently acquired CAKE business and Bake Cryptocurrency Platform, and potentially via further acquisitions. Further announcements will be made by the Company in due course as appropriate.

They did say it was to advance their GS money strategy which is the neo banking business, Angra global and Angra fx. I am expecting the next acquisition to be related to that, if I’m honest.

If I’m honest I’m almost certain it’s for an acquisition.

The Group continues to assess further potential complementary acquisition opportunities, in addition to the acquisition of CAKE announced on 11 December 2024, and further acquisitions remain a key part of the Group's expansion strategy.

A key part of their strategy is expansion through acquisitions. So if they are raising capital and doing it quick it means imho there’s a major aquisition coming up and if it’s anything like as exciting as cake, we are going to be in for a mega January. I think we will see more acquisitions than ever this year and all will add significant value to the business and continue to grow its market cap.

I think that it will make a difference when semnet lists as they will own some of the business as apposed to wise mpay. Probably potential tax benefits from it. But I’m guessing owning shares through the business wise mpay is less beneficial, or perhaps something is happening with wise mpay? Maybe jack could be doing something with that business.

Sunny, the transfer wasn’t done at any price. It was just a transfer of shares. The price of the sp makes no difference. Hence why their joint percentage ownership remains the same.

Could be, maybe that’s why they worked to hard, guess we will find out but the raise said it was for their gs money strategy and to advance cake, possible acquisitions. They didn’t mention Nasdaq but I just found it interesting that druces capital markets team specialised in dual listings

Could also have something to do with why jack bai took the shares out of wise mpay and put them in his wife’s name. Feel like something big is coming next week

Maybe that’s why the discount was what it was as it was so short notice, think something is coming and soon.

Something magical is coming I can feel it, if druces had to work all day and night to get this done quickly they needed the cash quickly.

Not sure if this has already been shared. But note on this is says “short notice” and “time is of the essence” I think something is coming very soon!!!

With the way the uk market has been reacting to news recently. When we get our next transformational news this will also sky rocket. Never in one week have I seen so many shares go bonkers

QBT will have a placing imho, not worth the risk imho at the moment. At least our one is out of the way
