If anyone wants to spend £15.59 to buy cake Pte Ltd accounts for year end August 2023 and see the number I HIGHLY recommend it and if you remember Julian was doing a turnaround year in 2024 I think we got a steal if we got it for what it shows in the accounts as the share capital of 2.4million dollars.

Kat you couldn’t be more wrong. The issue with the what comes after a placing is boards tend to get littered with posters who don’t have much to add, and those that do get drowned out. I’ve been on holiday and decided to leave the board to it as I knew there would be disrupters. This the best growth stock on the LSE and i have enough conviction and research in this to know the high heights we have seen recently will be touched again and more, Shayne tan has said enough for now if I’m honest!

Yes I saw that, but a lot of these investment companies show lists of firms they have an interest in in their portfolio analysiss. I’ve haven’t seen GST in any yet but then again I’m not sure if all the data on their websites have been updated.

It’s complicated but you need to go onto interface through one of the generators on the blockchain. Switch to the account (usually shows 500million coal) then you should be on the main interface.

Then there is a button you can’t push called switch account and below that shows the blockchain height.

Underneath that button is a green connected bit. You need to push that and reduce the interface and it will show you all the peers. There are 44 updated peers and 7 connected, you will see on the bottom section of the peers the GGBP and GEUR nodes with a cross next to them showing they are inactive, if you click on them it will bring up the details for the nodes, you will find it was last connected on the 14/01/2025 and is currently ‘DOWNLOADING’ which is wasn’t saying yesterday.

Hmmm the blockchain state on the gsmoney platform for GGBP and GEUR are showing as DOWNLOADING now and not ‘up to date’ something is coming! I know I keep saying it but I’m almost certain!

Ian the placing itself is out the blue and they just did it, I don’t really see a huge amount of difference. At the agm last year the majority of share holders that voted agreed for them to issue up to 800million new shares if they want to. To me it is what it is I agree to it and I believe the money will be used well irrespective of how it’s raised. I understand your frustration but I would focus on the good behind it which we will see plenty of.

I do sort of understand what you mean Ian but it’s was only an extra 13 million shares and with current liquidity it isn’t a lot. Also if it’s being used to further develop the business and also in turn leaves any other future placing (which may be that we don’t need another) that much further away to let the SP grow I’m all for it. If I’m honest I still wish they had open the retail offer to everyone and done a lot more.

We’re actually working on expanding our on-/off-ramp solutions as we speak. The off-ramp, which allows users to sell their crypto and receive FIAT directly into their bank accounts, is already fully developed and currently in the final testing phase with our beta users. Well the 105million shares were admitted to the market this morning so GST have their 2million. Looking forward to see what they do with it. Hoping for an announcemen/rns by Thursday, give people getting retail share another reason to hold. Not that they need it!

They placed on extremely short notice for something, druces post indicated this. We will find out soon enough why! And I think it will be worth it, would jack bai really want to put his 2p shares on a loss at 1.90p if he knew he could get more if he waited? They obviously had to place there and then and I can’t wait to find out

Jiffy wouldn’t they only need to offer a prospectus if they raise a certain percentage of their capital in an initial placing? I personally think all companies should issue a full prospectus every couple of years if I’m honest.
